At the harbor on Friday nights they have music in the park, rent boats or kayaks, or have dinner on the lake.

Perfect family lakeside getaway with private beach

Kyle was an absolutely incredible host! We visited from Canada and absolutely loved our stay. If you're looking for a true 'cottage getaway', you will absolutely love this Airbnb. We definitely plan on returning! Our only gripe was the "small" neighbourhood but that has nothing to do with Kyle or the Airbnb itself.

The apartment was in the absolute best location. We were able to walk to activities, groceries, events, and the lake. It is in a busy part of town, with traffic and pub activity, so it’s not a getaway itself, but the ad was clear about that and earplugs for sleeping solved it. It was worth it to be in such a convenient location! Mark was super responsive and answered any of our questions, was helpful, and serves (and roasts!) awesome coffee right downstairs!
