Apartment holiday rentals in Lexington

We needed a spot on short notice as we stopped for the night on a family road trip. This unit was ready to go! Claire was very easy to work with and we appreciated the great accommodations. Beds were comfortable! Able to walk to coffee/breakfast easily.

The place is huge and comfortable. The bed was awesome! Host is a great person and very nice. Didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant but highly recommend the local diner fo breakfast and the Trackside Restaurant for dinner! Also the local Bourbon distillery tour was fun! You are smack dab in beautiful horse farm country! We will be back!

My husband and I headed to Lexington to visit our daughter who is a student at the University of Kentucky. 175 LEX was the perfect spot for us! It is close to the campus and walkable to all of the restaurants and shops downtown. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the washer & dryer was a plus! Claire was communicative and helpful. I realized soon after making our reservation that I had our check out day wrong. I messaged Claire and she got me sorted out within minutes. We visit the area often and will definitely book with Claire again!

This place had the best view of all time. It was magical.

Lot of board games and awesome TV and room.

This is a gorgeous Air B-n-B, well cared for and clean. We had a delightful stay and everything we needed was there. It is also in a great Lexington neighborhood walkable to restaurants. Parking was easy. I'd gladly stay there again.

Great place to stay

We LOVED our stay! Everything was easy and all the things you want when you stay at an Airbnb. Soooo much was walkable! The place itself was just perfect! No complaints at all! The binder with all the information for guests was so nice and helpful! We stopped into the theatre on Main which was absolutely perfect especially if you have an affection for those older type places! We got to hang out and talk to the manager, Fred Mills, who has worked there for over 50 years! What a doll he was! Gave us many dinner recommendations and so off we went! We decided on Frank and Dino’s! Italian of course and holy moly…some of THE BEST ITALIAN we’ve ever had!!! And the ambiance was sublime! Just a great area with lots to see and do!!! We liked our stay here. I think the pictures of the unit are exactly how the unit was. It's a bit loud. We never heard neighbors only some street noise which is unavoidable. Super good location, we were able to walk everywhere. We didn't want to have to mess with the car so we left it at the chase parking all week and it was fine.

Hubby and I came down for the SEC Championship and it was the perfect spot for us. Not too far away from UK, the Mall, and restaurants. We will be back next year and hopefully this same place will be available.

This stay was amazing! The place was beautiful, everything was perfect. Will definitely be coming back when I’m in Lexington!

Perfect location- the condo was in walking distance of all the downtown restaurants and bars. The space was very nice - it was clean, couches and bed were comfortable, had all amenities listed. What you see in the pictures is what you get- a beautiful space. The host made check in very easy with detailed instructions and pictures! Will definitely stay here again!

A few friends and I stayed at Claire’s place one night while in Lexington for an event downtown. It was the perfect location to walk to anything we had planned. Would recommend!

loved the bakery in the morning and had my dogs with me and it was very quite and grass outside to walk them as well.

I feel like we found a hidden gem in the heart of Lexington. The place was everything we needed and is located in a convenient location. Especially if you are a foody.

Central location for downtown, UK, and Transy. Clean and comfortable stay in a well decorated condo. A number of restaurants nearby. Enjoyed our stay.

John’s condo was gorgeous… beautiful furnishings, very spacious, comfy beds and bedding, plenty of kitchen and bath supplies. Great parking (nice that there were 2 spots for our use), easy access from condo to parking garage. The location could not have been better as we were in Lexington for our son’s UK graduation at Rupp arena. The only negative was the noise from the street but it wasn’t overly bothersome. Would highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about the hosts and their condo. It was perfect for the week! I didn’t care for the garage, but that was on me for bringing a large vehicle. Next time I will bring one of my smaller vehicles.

A great place to stay if you want to be close to Rupp and/or downtown. The place is just as it shows in the pictures. I only have two small complaints/suggestions. The lobby of the complex seems to be in a state of disrepair and is very poorly lit at night. Not a very welcoming entry at night. Secondly, I was not able to adjust the thermostat. Seemed to be a problem with the nest control. Other than these small things, the place is great and I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Lexington! Super convenient location - so close to downtown and were able to easily get to Keeneland (purpose of the stay). Ran into a small hiccup when checking in as the code to the door lock didn't work, but David was super responsive and got us in within seconds! Enjoyed the rooftop terrace too. One thing to note, the place has its own parking garage in the building which is very convenient because you get two spots to park in, but the garage is really small so I'd recommend planning to park a sedan/small car in the space. We were very close to not being able to park our truck in the garage due to tight squeeze. Great stay in the city though!
