The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.

It is located in a charming, tree lined, historic neighborhood, close to downtown, the University, the Zoo, the convention center and a short distance from the Fort. Please note that the Nest is not suitable for children except infants. The loft area could be problematic.
