Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Levenshulme

The house was extremely clean, with access to all things that you may need whilst staying there. There were clear instructions on what to do with rubbish and bin days etc. Eva was very good at communicating and check in and check out was easy. The location of the house wasn’t quiet, lots going on in the estate and the other estates too. The neighbour must have an issue with their front door because it was slammed- a lot. Apart from that the stay was brilliant. The house was clean, light, not cluttered. The beds and pillows were comfy and we really enjoyed our stay.

so at home, end of cul de sac, surrounded by lots of walks and pathways to park and 10 mins to Cheadle Green. Grace responsive and helpful when questioned asked. lovely garden with seats and cushions. nutrabullet a plus! comfy beds, highly recommend.

The location was perfect — right in the heart of Manchester — and the interior décor was simply stunning. The apartment was immaculately clean and felt like a true home-from-home. Our host went above and beyond from start to finish, making everything seamless — from the booking process to the warm welcome and local tips. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. A truly exceptional stay!

Jurgita was a wonderful host, she communicates efficiently and was always so very helpful and responsive. She gave us clear instructions about the property which made check in so smooth. The property itself is in a nice quiet location with ease of parking by the property. The property was clean and welcoming and in a great location for the city centre and for the Coop live venue where we had a show booked. Lovely home, very welcoming & tidy. The fridge needs a deep clean and downstairs hadn’t been hoovered but otherwise is was nice and clean. Comfy bed, clean bathroom. Safe secure location. Ideal for travel to co-op live, would book again for future events. Hosts super friendly and great communication. Thanks for letting us stay x

The host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect—quiet and convenient, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Place are spacious, especially cool with the super big balcony. We noted there were some issue with the bathroom on the first day and contacted the host. Host is very responsive and get the technician come and fix on the other day. Very well organised. Just the area maybe quite close to hospital, you can hear ambulance passing by from time to time.

Fantastic apartment in a great location for the Etihad, Coop live or even just heading into the centre. Lovely host with lots of local tips.

Beautiful little cottage with great facilities. The addition of tea, coffee, milk, bread, fruit, yogurts etc was a lovely surprise and really useful to get us started. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at Ladybird apartment which suited us perfectly for going to a wedding nearby. The outside space looked great but we didn’t use it due to being out most of the time, and the apartment had everything we needed. Thank you Richard, good to meet you.

My teenage daughters and I stayed at James’s place, it was easy to access, communication was great with James and a small issue whilst it couldn’t be rectified at the time (it didn’t bother me) he informed me it was fixed after we left which is great. There was a local store to get bits and pieces of food and drink. Easy access to Manchester and a view of the river from the back of the property. The girls said it was also good for tiktok’s or Insta posts as it had good mirrors!

A beautiful room exactly as described in the images and description. The room was pristine and easy to get into. Even had a tower fan to help cool down in the hot summer.

A great compact flat as a base for exploring the high peak. Everything was to hand and Tony was helpful and approachable. I particularly liked the air con which came in handy as i was lucky enough to have some warm weather. Thanks for a great stay

This is a little gem. Felt very private and yet hosts were just next door and really helpful. Lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance, and really well equipped accommodation. Fresh decor & lovely and clean . Lots to do nearby, on the edge of the peak district and yet really convenient for transport link, including the airport. We felt very lucky to have found this at relatively short notice!

We really enjoyed our short stay at Stables View. It’s a great property, well furnished and comfortable. Plus it feels like you’re in the middle of the countryside which was lovely. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great Hosts who gave really helpful instructions throughout, messaged to make sure we were enjoying our stay and were quick to reply when contacted. Great location and a lovely place to stay, would recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay in the area.

Had a lovely stay for a couple of nights as we were in the city for a concert. Short walk to the AO centre. Would definitely look to use again if we came back to Manchester.

Great hosts and a lovely apartment. We really enjoyed the rooftop garden and basement communal space. Really close to the supermarket and train station.
