Świetne, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, z pieknym widokiem. W rzeczywistości jest wieksze niz na zdjęciach. Bardzo czysto, mieszkanie jest zadbane i przytulne. Najlepiej dotrzec do niego samochodem, ale pieszo tez nie jest najgorzej. Zeby dotrzec do przystanku aquasanta trzeba przejść tunelem pod ulicą, skad autobus zabiera nas do samego centrum. Raffaella szybko odpowiada na wiadomosci, a zameldownie bardzo sprawne. Bardzo polecam!

Nous recommandons vivement ! Parties à 3 entre amies, nous avons séjournées 4 nuits dans ce logement et nous aurions pu y rester encore longtemps ! Idéal pour une virée entre ami.e.s, en famille ou en couple. Le logement quoiqu'un peu rustique et dans son jus, est fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Il est composé de 2 chambres (1 avec un lit double et l'autre avec 3 lits simples). Situé dans un petit village, nous avons pu nous garer facilement et gratuitement à proximité du logement. Il y a également des petits commerces, bar et restaurants à proximités. Mention spéciale à la proximité de Levanto en voiture, qui permets d'accéder en train aux cinque terre. Félice est un hôte très accueillant et réactif. Il nous a donné de bons conseils pour visiter la région, ses plages et ses randonnées. Si nous devions revenir dans le coin, nous n'hésiterions pas une seule seconde à réserver de nouveau ce logement.

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

Heerlijke accommodatie met fantastisch uitzicht. Elias en Egle hebben ons goed geholpen met nuttige tips in de omgeving. Ook kwamen ze ons ophalen bij aankomst zodat wij achter ze aan konden rijden en we direct goed zouden rijden, erg gewaardeerd. Absoluut een aanrader!

What a view! Arturo’s place was fantastic. Well looked after with fantastic facilities and a stunning view across the bay of La Spezia, without being too close to be disturbed, and yet close enough to explore the beautiful coastal towns this area has to offer. Arturo kindly picked us up from the train station and was very accommodating, telling us everything that was around the apartment and giving us every last detail about buses, trains and cheapest places to get ferries. It was a delight to stay here and we would highly recommend.

Hôte très accueillant et qui a pris la peine de nous attendre pour nous remettre les clés malgré notre retard. Il nous a expliqué toutes les fonctionnalités dans l’appartement (attention bien prendre les clés quand on sort de l’appartement car l’appartement se ferme automatiquement à clé en fermant la porte). Parking privé avec portail fermé à clé donc très sécurisé ! Clim dans les deux chambres et dans le séjour très apprécié après une bonne journée de randonnée ! Tout était parfaitement propre. Séjour très agréable je recommande. Appartement au 2/3 eme étage sans ascenseur.

Our stay at Azzurra’s place was lovely and we regret not planning to stay longer! It’s in a great location and close to several restaurants and shops, but still very peaceful and quiet. We had some issues getting the video with directions for finding the place to load and actually play, but Azzurra was so kind and helped us get to where we needed to be. Highly recommend downloading the video before arriving so that you don’t have to rely on internet to view it. All in all, it was a great experience and highly recommend!

Arrivati con un po’ di ritardo siamo stati accolti calorosamente dall’host che ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni circa la location di cui il solo panorama vale il prezzo del biglietto. Ambienti ben tenuti e puliti, posto auto coperto l’host ci ha assistiti sia per l’affitto di uno scooter molto utile per muoversi in città e nella zona, sui luoghi da visitare e su dove e cosa mangiare. Decisamente consigliabile per chi vuole visitare questi meravigliosi luoghi. Grazie di tutto.

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Wij hebben 4 nachten verbleven in het huis van Giacomo tijdens onze roadtrip door Italië. Het huisje is klein maar van alle gemakken voorzien! De tuin is groot en rustig. Echt een plek om helemaal tot rust te komen!

Siamo stati felicissimi di soggiornare nella casa di Massimo! La casa è accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e arredata con grande gusto. Si respira un’atmosfera di tranquillità e positività, perfetta per rilassarsi. Massimo è un host eccezionale: gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e molto attento. È stato un vero piacere conoscerlo e sentirsi così ben accolti. Grazie di cuore per questa meravigliosa esperienza — non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

L’alloggio di Alessandro è ottimo per chi vuole staccare dal caos della città, si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed immersa nel verde ma comunque vicina ad un sacco di zone di interesse come Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) e così via… è un posto molto strategico, sopratutto se si hanno animali domestici con sè. La nostra bassottina - Focaccia - ha potuto scorrazzare liberamente nell’immenso giardino che si trova davanti all’alloggio - luogo in cui io ed il mio compagno abbiamo deciso ogni sera di far cena godendoci lo splendido tramonto 🌇 L’alloggio è bello, nuovo e dotato di una cucina davvero super rifornita (abbiamo anche potuto far la pizza!). La presenza di un condizionatore inoltre ci ha fatto molto piacere. Sicuramente ci torneremo, lo consigliamo fortemente 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro è stato sempre super disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda e nel darmi preziosissimi consigli su cosa vedere/dove mangiare etc. Grazie Alessandro per l’infinita pazienza ?

Fabrizia ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Man fühlt sich wohl im Haus, und hat von den Schlafzimmern aus eine wunderschöne Aussicht! Der Garten ist phantastisch, vor allem um gemütlich zu kochen und die Abende zu genießen. Vielen Dank!

Maria Victoria ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie war immer erreichbar und gleichzeitig sehr diskret. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön, schon die Anfahrt ist es wert. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig, man hat alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Santa Lucia hat eine wunderbare Lage in den Bergen. Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich schön - aus den Bergen der Region schaut man auf das Meer am Horizont. Von Santa Lucia können mit dem Auto weitere größere Städte und auch der Strand erreicht werden. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten bietet mehrere Möglichkeiten, um zu sitzen, in der Sonne zu liegen oder im Freien zu essen und dabei die Aussicht zu genießen. Gloria war eine tolle, offene und sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen, um uns alles zu zeigen und zu erklären. Für uns war der Aufenthalt in Casa Gloria ein Höhepunkt unserer Reise durch die Toskana. Wir kommen wieder, um dieses Fleckchen Erde noch einmal genießen zu können.

Great accommodation close to the sea front and all restaurants and bars The place is like a home from home with all facilities . We loved the balcony at the front with fantastic views over the harbour. We also loved the peaceful garden table and chairs for chilled early evening drinks Would definitely recommend Margherita’s place

Séjour de 2 nuits très agréable à Ricco di Golfo. Le logement est cosy et très mignon, et l'hôtesse très accueillante et aimable. La Spezia est à 10 minutes et Pise n'est pas loin. Nous recommandons le logement !

C’est un logement idéal pour aller découvrir les Cinque Terre. Avec ascenseur ;-)) Claudio et sa femme sont super sympathique et il y a des petites choses de bienvenue. Il ne faut pas hésiter à leur poser des questions. Ils connaissent très bien leur région. Conseils: il vaut mieux aller prendre le train à Sestri Levanto à 5 km. (hors saison, on trouve facilement des places de parking gratuites. Mais il faut bien se renseigner pour ne pas se tromper! Et de là, prendre un train Régional (R) ou Régional Veloce (RV) Prendre un billet de 3 jours est une bonne option. On peut se baigner facilement à Monterosso où il y a même une douche à la première plage gratuite! Ce sont toutes des perles rares avec de magnifiques ruelles et des paysages de cartes postales. On peut facilement en faire 2 en un jour. On peut aussi faire un très joli trajet à pied de Manarola à Riomaggiore, mais c’est payant! Les autres chemins ne sont pas toujours praticables! (Fermés pour certains)

This Airbnb was one of the best I’ve stayed at. It’s in a great location for a great price with an amazing host. Bruno was very friendly and gave us a welcome gift. He waited us to arrive and showed us how to get into the house and explained everything clearly. He also gave us a few restaurants recommendations that I appreciated a lot. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back soon!!

The apartment was amazing - comfortable, cosy, clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The location is perfect, super close to the train station so you can easily visit Cinque Terre, close to Coop (supermarket), also walking distance to the city centre to go to restaurants, stores and marina. Alessandra was very communicative from the start, gave us local recommendations and advice, very kind. We highly recommend staying here!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Matteo. Nous avons eu le meilleur accueil de tout notre séjour en Italie: nous avons eu une arrivée tardive (21h30) et c'est la mère et le père de Matteo qui nous ont fait visiter le logement en nous expliquant comment tout fonctionnait. Mieux encore : nous avions tout le nécessaire pour nous faire notre premier souper et petit-déjeuné. C'était vraiment le highlight de notre séjour. C'est également très près de tout, environ 10 minutes de marche de la gare, des épiceries, des restaurants, etc. Nous avons eu un petit pépin et Matteo a appeler sa mère qui est arrivée en moins de 5 minutes. WoW, ça c'est du service :)! Voici une liste rapide de nos impressions. Pros : - Accueil incroyable +++ - Air climatisée dans tout le logement - Cuisine très fonctionnelle - Très spacieux - Accessible partout à la marche Cons : - la porte de la douche devra peut-être être réparée. C'est le Airbnb qui nous fait réellement sentir "home away from home"! Merci ++++

We loved staying at Adriana’s Air B&B! The building was very historical and it was fun to ride in the antique elevator. The apartment had everything you’d need and felt very comfortable. The location is very close to the train station, the building has an excellent convenience store/bakery at the bottom level and around the corner is a grocery store. We felt like we had a true Italian experience with local spots to eat very nearby. Adriana was a wonderful host and took the time to get us acquainted with the apartment when we arrived. She also was very prompt on responding to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this Air B&B.

Maura ha sido encantadora, una gran anfitriona: atenta i detallista. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades para un buen descanso. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Es un apartamento amplio. Es cierto que no tiene mucha luz natural ni vistas pero es tranquilo y agradable. La ubicación muy céntrica. Todo queda cerca.
