Country setting with superb views, ponds, wooded areas, and excellent wildlife viewing. Your stay includes a fire pit for your use and covered gazebo with picnic table. Deck extending over pond is available for swimming and fishing. Licensed fishing preserve-no license required. Hiking trails available. Excellent birding. No cleaning charge.

Captain Frank's Lakeside Get Away

Simply kick back and relax in the cutest lakeside cottage on Honeoye Lake! You can see large mouth bass swimming right by the shoreline. There is plenty of room for the whole family. There is an additional two bedroom upper cottage that can be rented as well for more family and friends. Come see what the finger lakes are all about! I have included a nice fireplace so you can even enjoy the winter months. Enjoy relaxing in a hot tub overlooking the lake.

This ADA Compliant/ Handicap Accessible Lakefront Cottage contains a kitchenette, bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom with shower, heating/cooling + a futon with full mattress. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the water and watch the the sunrise over Silver Lake. Located on the west side of Silver Lake, minutes from Letchworth State Park and the village of Perry NY. The cottage is best suited for two Adults and one small child.

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on the property, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Please note: a local occupancy tax of 4% is already included in the price you pay.

Boutique Country Cabin on Horse Farm

Boutique style country cabin with all the amenities located next door to Letchworth State Park on a working horse farm. Spend the day at the park, walk your very own trail system, take a guided horseback ride right on the property or take a swim in the 1.4 acre pond. Whatever you choose you won't be disapointed. Cabin comes with equipped kitchen, living room, wood burning fireplace, and patio.
