The entire service is very good and meets our expectations for vacation rentals. Quiet place without being isolated, hosts present and available without being disturbing. Great value for money.

We had a 3 night stay here and wish it was longer! Such a clean and peaceful place. Super close to the beach to catch some waves, eat good food and simply enjoy the beach or go for a walk in nature. There was a massive fridge, nice if you’re with more people and want to have a nice bbq night. We were only with 2 and the house really felt like coming home. Indoor and outdoor. Nice spot for my morning Yoga and breakfast in the sun. The overall design makes it fun and brings you in complete holiday mode. The aircon keeps the house nice and cool. We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and our expectations were far exceeded. The location is perfectly quiet yet central, so we could easily reach everything in the area. The house itself is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and offers plenty of space for a relaxing break. A special highlight was the incredibly back-friendly mattresses - we rarely slept so well!!! It was really relaxing to wake up rested in the morning. A detail that takes the stay to another level. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. They have thought of everything, from small welcome touches to tips for the area. We really felt at home and were able to fully enjoy the time undisturbed. We would recommend this house to everyone without hesitation! A big thank you to the hosts!

We (2 adults, 3 children aged 13, 12 and 9) had a great time in Guillaume's house. The furnishings of the house are very appealing. The pool is great and there is a large garden. Sometimes pheasants or deer pass by and we have discovered stag beetles. You need a car to go shopping or to the beach. It is a very calm, rural area. Just the right thing if you are looking for peace and relaxation. The beaches are easy to reach and very beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Agnes was a wonderful and very friendly host. She has furnished the house with a lot of love and perfect style. The accommodation was indescribably beautiful, very clean and very quiet in a beautiful garden. The large terrace was wonderful! We felt right at home! You had everything you needed. Very nice place to spend a peaceful stay. The calm allows you to recharge and the freshness of the house and the trees in the garden is perfect for hot weather! The bedding is comfortable and the house is well equipped. The location is great for crisscrossing the area. The owners are very welcoming and the advice is useful.

If you decide to rent this studio you can go with your eyes closed, there is absolutely everything, not forgetting breakfast. We really enjoyed the contact with Sylvie, she is warm and takes the time to listen to you. We'll keep this address for next time. Thank you Sylvie.

We felt very comfortable with Edith from the first moment. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. There were small terraces both in front of the apartment and behind the house, so you always had the opportunity to find a place in the shade. Apartment with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame beach in Capbreton. It is not very large but well arranged and has all the necessary space for 2 people. We were greeted by the owner's father who was extremely kind. There were also 2 bikes available, which is a real plus for getting around the city.

Communication with the host was excellent, very attentive at all times, the accommodation is in very good condition and has all the amenities, 100% recommended host, I will repeat with Nicolás when I go back to his area

Perfect! Close to the ocean, the city and its restaurants. You can drop your car off in the private parking lot and do everything on foot. The accommodation is clean and faithful to the description. I recommend it!
