The apartment was clean, private, and quiet. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The balcony is spacious with a lovely sea view. The road to the apartment building is very steep and a little tricky to find at first.

Antonella is a very friendly host. The appartement was very clean, and well located. Everything went very smoothly with Antonella for the check in and check out. I strongly recommand!

Super apartment with sea view in Vieste. We felt right at home. Well located, close to lots of restaurants. Sometimes quite noisy from the restaurants downstairs, but from eleven there was always peace. Had a great stay, recommended!

After the personal greeting from Matteo, we were immediately enthusiastic about the apartment. It was beautifully restored and fully equipped. Everything was as good as new and in the best condition. The apartment was very clean and the location in the heart of Manfredonia. Matteo was very friendly and very accommodating at check-in. Overall, a great experience. We highly recommend it.

Nice solution in the center, very convenient to the main square to park the car, also in just 5 minutes on foot you can reach a super efficient and cheap multi-story parking lot, a nice environment, very good bathroom and kitchen solution, the bed solution is a little spartan (since it is a studio you have to be satisfied with a sofa bed) but overall it is more than valid as a general solution for a few days of stay in the area. Definitely recommended.

Massimo was very kind and very helpful, a friend. He was able to give us all the useful information for our stay, also taking care of reservations at restaurants and bathing establishments. We loved Patrizia's place. It's in a beautiful location in a nature reserve, with a lovely terrace with a beautiful view looking out towards the sea - and a short walk from the beach. It's comfortable, spacious, airy, and well equipped. We were sorry not to have the opportunity in the end to use the bikes she offered us to explore the area. We were able to park in the private drive just next to the apartment, which we appreciated. Patrizia and her husband were delightful hosts, who gave us a warm welcome and shared local information with us.

Very pleasant stay! We stayed 4 days in Fossacesia with our children aged 1 and 4, and we had a really good time at Simona's house. The house is equipped with everything and Simona was very kind to provide us with the high chair and a very appreciated welcome with breakfast basket upon request. The location in front of the sea is really priceless, both for the possibility of using the terrace for meals and for the convenience of crossing the street and being on the beach. Also very convenient is the presence of the garage with a direct entrance to the condominium.

Very familiar hostess. You immediately feel comfortable. Spacious property and spacious house. Everything was available. Please note that the house is about 5 km from town. Just as we wanted. In the evening, no problem parking the car in the city and enjoying the nice nightlife. Thanks to our hosts. Real vacation flair and super likeable from the start. Absolutely recommended.

We absolutely LOVED Giuseppe’s apartment and it was perfect for our week’s stay. We felt at home and very relaxed there. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we really appreciated the excellent storage space because we were not travelling lightly!! The roof garden was the icing on the cake and we loved sitting out for breakfast or with a drink. In fact any time of day was lovely. Considering it was in the old town it was remarkably quiet and peaceful. The location of the apartment couldn’t have been better and it was very easy to walk around. There is lots of good shopping and it is easy to find supermarkets without the need of driving to a big out of town store. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom with the big shower was brilliant. We loved the town of Trani and we would love to stay for an extended period sometime. Giuseppe’s place would definitely be our choice. Thank you to Giuseppe and Yuilija for being perfect hosts and for being excellent communicators. 😀

I was very pleased with my week's stay in this house. It was exactly what I was looking for. Peaceful oasis not far from the beautiful Trabocchi coast. In addition to the house, garden and area, the pleasant surprise was also Nico's welcome, his kindness and the care he personally reserves for the guest with his breakfasts, real morning pampering. The property is newly built and located in a small gated community outside of Termoli. Despite the proximity to the road, the accommodation is very quiet. The location is just 2 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach. However, you should drive or bike as there is no footpath and you have to walk on the road. The furnishings are tasteful, functional and well-equipped. Highlight is the fully fenced garden with two beautiful terraces, lawn and ambient lighting. The hot tub complements the ambiance. Ideal for a family with kids or dog owners. A locked and illuminated parking space right in front of the door creates security. The communication with Giuseppe is fast and good in Italian. In case of problems, he will take care of it immediately and quickly find a solution. We highly recommend the place. It is nothing to fault it!

Very nice accommodation. You can experience both Barletta and Puglia wonderfully from here. With Antonio, you have a very nice host who immediately takes care of you if anything is wrong. Everything was very clean, the terrace is an absolute dream and has a perfect balance between sun and shade all day long, with various furniture also available.

To say that we had a good time would be too simplistic, we were perfectly and divinely well. A more than functional and comfortable accommodation, with attention to detail, in an enchanted place surrounded by olive trees that embraces the beautiful Trabocchi coast from above, welcomed by a splendid, hospitable, empathetic, communicative but never intrusive person: FLORIANA…the BEST of the BEST!!!!!!
