Welcome to Arith, a small village in the Bauges mountain range in Savoy, classified by UNESCO. The cozy and quiet independent apartment is located on the second floor of my residence. It is new, consisting of a living room with kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a sheltered terrace with views of nature. Sheets and towels are provided. You can enjoy the calm, the great outdoors, and will be at the start of beautiful bike and pedestrian hikes

We are Anne (56 years old, passionate about gardening, sewing and decorating) and Nicolas (55 years old, passionate about paragliding, ski touring and mountain biking); Located on the ground floor of an authentic Bauges house, our studio enjoys a quiet and relaxing environment. Access to a spacious covered terrace allows you to enjoy a unique setting for nature lovers. You will be in Annecy in 20 minutes, Aix-les-Bains in 25 minutes, Chamonix in 1 hour 15 minutes.

La Buissonnière Nature and Comfort Camper

La Roulotte Nature et Confort de La Buissonnière is nestled in a green setting, 850 m above sea level, in the garden adjoining our cottage, in the heart of the Massif des Bauges. Summer and winter, you will find all the comforts (heating, bathroom, indoor toilet), with magnificent views of the mountains overlooking Annecy. We built it entirely, in wood from the Massif... Totally independent with its kitchenette (fridge, induction cooktop, oven, raclette grill)

Beautiful house ideally located between forest and lake, on the hiking path that connects the Pissieu waterfall to the Lescheraines leisure base and 15min drive to the Aillons Margeriaz ski resort. Ideal location for a stay in Les Bauges both in winter and summer. Our warm and spacious house will charm you thanks to its colorful decoration, beautiful volumes as well as direct access to the garden. The location is also 30 minutes from Annecy and Aix les Bains.

This 30 m2 cottage, with tasteful decor, will welcome you in the commune of CHATELARD. It is fully equipped like at home with amenities included such as towels and sheets provided. Located in the Bauges Regional Natural Park, classified by UNESCO. Immerse yourself in a natural and relaxing setting and come and practice all kinds of activities (skiing, snowshoeing, hiking...) (resorts nearby) and enjoy idyllic landscapes (Lake ANNECY, Lake du Bourget...).

Our apartment is quietly located in a cul-de-sac, in a hamlet of the charming village of Bellecombe-en-Bauges. You can rest, practice outdoor activities (cycling, hiking, climbing, swimming, skiing, etc.), visit Annecy (35/40 min), Aix-les-Bains (35 min) or Chambéry (45 min), or enjoy local specialties. Less than 2 km away, you will find a bakery/grocery store, as well as a bar/restaurant. All other amenities are within a 10 km radius.

It's possible to add a crib in the bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a 140/200 double bed. The apartment is composed of a large room (kitchen, dining room and living room), a toilet, a bathroom and a terrace.
