Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Incredible stay, apartment with fantastic views of Lake Maggiore, everything very clean and great attention to detail. Monica was very attentive to our requests (family with 3 children, one of whom is 2 years old), we felt pampered. We found a nice welcome basket with bottles of prosecco and beer in the refrigerator. Take advantage of the swimming pool, equipped with 2 sun loungers and a shower with hot water (1.50m deep). We also dined under the outdoor pergola to fully enjoy the climate. The stay is highly recommended for those who want to feel like a real Count on vacation (the Airbnb photos do not do justice to the apartment, it is even more beautiful in person) - And thank you Monica for letting us make the most of the last day: despite the check-in being scheduled for 10 a.m., we used the apartment until late afternoon!

The property was lovely and the location for us spot on as we could walk to bars and restaurants after being out all day exploring the area. The property was clean ( apart from the cobwebs) and the owner who lived next door was very helpful with recommendations. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.
