Logement prévu pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants de maximum 12 ans (1 canapé lit rapido 160x200 et 1 canapé lit 120x180). SDB avec grande douche, lavabo et WC. Cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, frigo top avec freezer, plaques induction, bouilloire, grille-pain, cafetière type Nespresso. Place de parking privative. Draps, serviettes et linge non fournis. Animaux non autorisés.

Studio on the top floor , air-conditioned with your feet in the water on the large sandy beach of Les Sablettes. Enjoy everything nearby , day or night like the beach, restaurants, entertainment... the waterfront... the studio is completely renovated. Located on the 4th and a half and top floor with elevator up to the 4th , in a listed building, made by the architect Fernand Pouillon. I have 2 studios on the same landing, ideal to be friends or family.

Refurbished 2-room apartment, located south facing, above the mythical Sablettes arcades, less than a 1-minute walk to the beach. In the immediate vicinity you will find shops, breweries, beach and gourmet restaurants, Parc Braudel with its play areas for children. The accommodation is on the first floor without elevator, has a comfortable bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, as well as a large outdoor terrace with a very nice sea view

Au cœur des Sablettes à 50 mètres de la plage aux pieds des commerces, restaurants et glaciers. Venez vous ressourcer dans cet appartement tout confort securisé et très calme avec terrasse au 2eme et dernier étage, cuisine ouverte équipée (cafetière Dolce Gusto), grille pain, une chambre avec un lit 140 cm et BZ dans le salon.
