We had a very pleasant stay at Eric and Valerie's place. The neighborhood is great, well located and the accommodation is really nice, especially the terrace. Parking is easy, which is also very convenient when you have small children. Eric and Valerie are very nice and welcoming. I would recommend it 100%.

There is no better welcome than the one we received from Evelyne. His cottage is extremely well maintained and very well equipped. We highly recommend it.

We had a great stay with our two children. The area is very peaceful, I had the pleasure of walking / running around the nearby lake - it's a big plus :-) The stay went impeccably and we even ended with a BBQ on our private terrace. Dominique welcomed us and helped us with the pizza oven. The recommended restaurant was excellent. And the jacuzzi is great of course with the furnished terrace, it's exotic. Comfort bedding. Thanks to both of you for your welcome.

Excellent stay in a very well furnished and maintained apartment. Everything is thought of to make you feel at home. Close to the thalasso and the seaside. Very quiet neighborhood. Parking space in a very nice private courtyard. We 100% recommend this accommodation. Thank you

We had a great time. Very comfortable apartment and good location. The activities at Lake Bourgenay were great for the kids. The only downside, but not Mireille's responsibility, was that the large pool slides were closed "because it was low season". However, the pool was very busy, it's a shame. But the pool water had the merit of being heated. The nearby mini-golf is very nice. We also enjoyed the electric boats, the welcome in the restaurants and the nearby beach. To be repeated!

Very pleasant stay in Delphine's apartment. Nothing was missing. Delphine is very welcoming and ensures the comfort of her guests. It's very much appreciated.

Great apartment, in a residence with swimming pool, pleasant when returning from the beach. The accommodation is larger than in the photo and close to all amenities thanks to its two bikes where you can reach the beach and the embankment in less than five minutes! Very practical when you know that everything is now done to promote soft mobility in Les Sables (impossible to park by car). Recommended.

An apartment with impeccable cleanliness, arranged and decorated with taste, benefiting from all the necessary equipment, in the center of Talmont-Saint-Hilaire and yet absolutely quiet. Add Quentin's availability, responsiveness and kindness, and you have all the ingredients for a great stay.

We had an absolutely perfect stay in this apartment! Everything was as advertised, impeccably clean and very well equipped. The welcome was warm and attentive, and Jean-Yves, our host, was simply great: available, responsive and very friendly. It immediately feels like a home away from home. I recommend it without a second thought and will not hesitate to come back!

Thoughtful couple as soon as we arrive. Small cold drinks and homemade jam were waiting for us. Apartment that matches the photos well. Well located accommodation. Everything nearby. We did everything on foot! No private parking space but free spaces are within walking distance of the accommodation. Great stay because we also had good weather in this season. I would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful accommodation, authentic, no fuss, everything is planned for a pleasant stay. Lots of attention for children with board games for all ages, costumes, outdoor games. 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, 50 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne.... We appreciate the basic necessities to be immediately comfortable (laundry, soap, groceries, enough to have lunch...) as well as the beds made. We also appreciate the possibility of going to see the animals, picking a strawberry or collecting an egg... Excellent value for money!!!

Monique's house exceeded all our expectations. If you wanted peace and quiet then Chateau-Guibert is the place for you. The house is set in beautiful gardens with a wonderful view of the small fishing lake. There are no shops - only a baguette dispenser! - but Mareuil sur Lay Dissais was only about 5kms away by car. This was a charming village. The pool at the house made it as the coast is about an hour's drive away. We did go to La Rochelle and Les Sables D'Olonne and the coast inbetween, all about an hour's drive away as well. The house itself was extremely comfortable and very well kitted out - there was everything you could possibly need and more. Several different seating areas outside as well. Monique could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a delight to meet her. We would highly recommend this holiday home, and would be very happy to return here.
