Holiday rentals with a patio in Les Ponts-de-Cé

a quiet and peaceful place. I highly recommend it if you want to spend a weekend or even a week as a couple or for work. If we come back to Angers, we'll come to this place for sure.

Spacious apartment, there were 5 of us and we didn't run out of space. It is also very well located, we did everything on foot and left our car in the private parking (real +). The hosts were great and attentive. The instructions given were very clear, we had no difficulty finding the apartment and understanding how the parking lot works, etc. The only weak point of the apartment is for me the insulation, the street noise and the life in the building were quite present.

We spent a three-day weekend in this accommodation, as soon as we entered we were amazed by the beauty of the apartment!! Bathroom with double shower head with integrated LEDs!! Super beautiful and well exposed terrace. Both bedrooms are beautiful and the mattresses are exceptionally comfortable! The living room and the super bright kitchen with all equipment (fridge, kettle, citrus press and SMEG toaster) really great!!!

Great stay at Olivier's, in his very nice house, ideal for a stay in a large group, with friends or family. The house has comfortable, well-appointed and equipped common areas for good shared moments. When the weather is nice, the outdoor spaces, very well maintained and landscaped, have several "corners" for meals, naps or moments around the pool, clean and well heated. Finally, the rooms are well decorated, each with a bathroom, allowing you to preserve your privacy when you want to take a little break from the group ;-) Finally, Olivier is a thoughtful and responsive host! In short, everything is done to make the stay as pleasant as possible!

Very good stay, very nice house in the city center, with all the amenities available

The accommodation, located in a very pretty town is very beautiful, spacious, well-equipped and quiet. Our hosts are very nice and quick to respond to requests to give us tips for places and activities. For a stay with family or friends, we will be happy to come back and we have already given the address to friends.

We had a nice, quiet time in the very nicely located house. The property is so overgrown and green that you can really feel like you are "in the forest"; various birds sing, the church bells are audible in the background - it is a bit like being in another world. Within walking distance, a small boulangerie, so virtually "around the corner" with baguette and cake. A large supermarket at the end of the village. A large public boules court is within walking distance. There is a pharmacy, restaurants and the impressive bridge over the Loire to the opposite bank. The house has a very nice little terrace with a large umbrella - wonderful also in the strong sun for eating and lingering. A view of the valley and Gennes that is always beautiful. We enjoyed our holidays in the house/garden and can highly recommend it. Thanks for the hospitality.

Communication and hospitality with Philippe, went very well. Philippe is very friendly, he takes pleasure in showing us around the place, explaining the history of his property, which is a haven of peace with beautiful surrounding nature. The place is quiet, functional for what we were looking for (one night stop at 6). The room downstairs is not super functional (HS TV and no hot water in the sink, no toilet), but allows two adults to sleep without any problem.
