The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort summer and winter. Solid parquet flooring, metal canopy and tuffeau wall complete the whole with charm. Located in the heart of a shopping district 10 MINUTES' DRIVE from the train station and the city center of Angers with a bus stop at the foot of the building and free parking nearby.

Take a break in this peaceful oasis on the banks of the Loire. In an old sailors' inn, near the port of Ponts-de-Cé, we welcome you on the ground floor of our house. In this totally independent studio, you will have a sitting area, bedroom area, kitchen area and bathroom. You have a separate entrance and a small garden area. The tree house

The Cé cabin is in the heart of the historic Saint Maurille district, the oldest of the Cé bridges. The Loire flows 50 meters away, you will appreciate the proximity of the open-air café, the kayak base, the bakery, the delicatessen, the organic butcher, the wine cellar, the restaurants... The wood-frame house, built with bio-sourced materials, exudes a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Welcome to La Cabane cé!

Charming "bord de Loire" loft, very bright, 50 m2, refurbished, offers you all the necessary comforts to allow you to have a pleasant stay. It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen (new appliances), a very cozy living room, a bathroom. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. A pretty garden with its lean-to completes this loft, in an idyllic setting.
