Gorgeous view above Grenoble city and surrounding mountains (Vercors, Chartreuse, Belledone). Panoramic terrace, a 5000 m2 garden partially on a slope, swimming pool, water fountain. Large 60 m2 living room, and a smaller one, both equipped with a chimney. Six bedrooms of which 4 have a double bed, an office. Recent remodeling, with a second phase yet to come... but already quite nice ! Quiet neighborhood, next to a forest, 10 min away from city center. We sometimes cross deers in the garden.

The living room is an incentive to have a good time together and the garage is perfect for organizing your ski and bike outings.

30 mn only from french resort " sept laux". 15 minutes from Grenoble and 20minutes from the famous spot st hilaire for paragliders. ideal to take a break before arriving to ski resorts. different lakes nearby..Bourget, Aix, Aiguebelette, Monteynard. The entire house is very calm with different parkings free. View is magnific for3 directions...regarding Belledonne and Chartreuse. You have Lidl, Carrefour ,Casino nearby and a Mac donald too. Crolles has a swimming pool and a skate park.

Beautiful wooden architect's house of 220m2, 1/2 hectare garden, located on the edge of the forest (walks accessible from the garden). Beautiful volumes and bright rooms thanks to the large windows offering a feeling of immersion in nature. Fireplace for cocooning moments by the fire. No smoking house.
