So I'll tell you more, I'm in the hotel business and I recommend this accommodation, it will be a change of scenery for you. My husband is disabled, so he's in a wheelchair, but he can take a few steps with a walker. He loved this cottage, being able to fish standing up without looking at the evening, happy on his railing for a week. I saw my husband with a smile and my son was also able to share this with his dad. Everything is thought out for the arrival of people. I met his mom, who is a lovely and charming person, a real person from the north. I remember leaving for the south 12 years ago. I hope that each time I return, the little place of my heart will be available. Thank you for everything, and it's true that the northerners have the sun in their hearts. I'd go back there with my eyes closed.

We spent the long weekend at Floriane's place as a family of 10. The ages ranged from 78 to 13. The house was a great size and had all the amenities that were listed in the description. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The weather was lovely so we made the most of the outside area and the equipment. It was so quiet. A great supermarket was 5 minutes drive away. The only thing that wasn't expected was that the staircase was very steep. One of the elders slept downstairs but two had to go upstairs for bed and they both found it quite difficult and a bit scary. Was okay as they only went up and down once a day but worth noting for anyone that may have difficulty with stairs.

I needed a place close to (but not in) Calais to spend one night with my motorbike, prior to getting the eurotunnel train back to U.K. This accommodation was ideal. I had a very peaceful night here, the studio was clean and had everything I needed and more. Xavier was very friendly and helpful. I would be happy to stay again when I’m in the area.

We had a great stay in this modern, very new, very clean and very functional town apartment. We enjoyed its private entrance overlooking the street. The interior staircase leads to the apartment that occupies the entire floor. 4 large windows with good exposure that give it a generous brightness. Access is very easy from the highway (convenient for getting around). The Neighborhood is peaceful. We always found a place for the car 1 min walk, in the surrounding streets. Parking is free. Calais city buses are also free (a stop a few houses away). The Lace Museum, town hall, lighthouse, restaurants and ports are even within walking distance. If walking a little further doesn't scare you, you'll also reach the beach. We highly recommend this accommodation and its host.
