Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Les Anses-d'Arlet

The villa is even prettier in real life than in the photo, very nicely decorated, it quickly feels like home. The pool is very popular after a hot day. Everything went very well, communication with Thierry or Rodolphe was very easy, the arrival is prepared by very pleasant little touches. The location was ideal for moving to the nearby Anses where we wanted to spend the most time, but also for the rest of the island. I highly recommend Thierry's villa.

We spent 3 unforgettable weeks in Sephora's home, excellent value for money, we had all the comforts we needed and the most appreciable for us was the calm of the place. We're even thinking of coming back... I would highly recommend it. 👍😃

Very beautiful private villa, 2 steps from the beach , the mythical church and some shops. Parking is easy outside . The terrace is very flowery and filled with birds. The large bedroom is spacious , the second, also pretty,benefits from a private terrace with outdoor shower, all under a green setting. The kitchen is well equipped. Too bad the toilets are integrated into the bathroom. This last one deserves a refresh,a real refresh. But what a pleasure to have spent our holidays with Patrick,who is a very beautiful person. We'll be happy to go back to his place.

Functional accommodation, very well located in Grande Anse, 3 min walk to a beautiful beach with fish and turtles. Beautiful views of the Anse with unforgettable sunsets. We enjoyed the masks and snorkeling snorkeling available. The bedding is of good quality, and each bed has a mosquito net. We enjoyed the air conditioning as well as the fans in the accommodation. Small convenience stores are available near the property, as well as beachside restaurants. Our on-site contact was very responsive, very kind and accommodating. To be hesitated again!

The accommodation is very functional with a superb terrace and all the necessary equipment. The accommodation is clean and comfortable even if some rooms could be renovated. Go there without so much as a second thought!

The studio offered by Sylvain is functional, has a very appreciable exterior in a quiet environment. Our host was very good at advising on places to visit and activities not to be missed. Thank you very much!

The apartment is incredible, located on top of a hill and on the 2nd and top floor, it allows you to have an incredible view of the bay of Fort de France. The location is perfect for going to the beach, restaurant, supermarket, gas station, and as a starting point for excursions to other visits on the island. It is air-conditioned and we were not disturbed by mosquitoes. We will come back to it with great pleasure!

L’Anse D’Arlet is a great location for beach, GREAT beach snorkeling, and good food. Several nearby locations within a 20-30min drive, but the roads are tight and windy. The Airbnb was terrific. We enjoyed the gorgeous views from the balcony. It is a truly relaxing space with humming birds all around. The AC in the bedroom is wonderful. The hosts were great (helpful and friendly) and the apartment comes with beach towels, a cooler, and more. Would easily return. One minor warning: suggest that you request GPS coordinates for the apartment. Google Maps sent us to the wrong side of the ravine. Also, keep track of which restaurants are open on which evenings, and plan your (delicious!) meals accordingly.

A great place to stay. The view is beautiful, the sea a minute away, and private parking a plus. Ela is a great host. She did decorate the place for my birthday and even made a gluten-free cake.

Marie-Laure was so welcoming and kind, greeting us with the most delicious home-made mango juice upon our arrival. She was flexible with check-in and check-out times, and helped us when we needed recommendations. The view is spectacular, and the pool is lovely. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who comes to Martinique.

All our expectations were met. Top location, magnificent views, super clean apartment with air conditioning and fan, initial equipment in the fridge and short distances to shopping. Beach can be reached in 10 minutes' walk, with dozens of restaurants in all prices. Very accommodating landlords who gave great tips and were always available with advice and information. It was just super 😌 relaxed. We highly recommend it and would book it again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb. This accommodation is undoubtedly in the top 5 apartments rented via Airbnb. Upon arrival, we were struck by the luxurious and spacious appearance of the apartment. Everything was super clean, which is an essential criterion for us. The luxury bedding deserves a special mention – we felt like we were in a 5-star hotel with unparalleled comfort. Virginia was an exemplary host, very responsive and attentive to our needs. His availability went a long way in making our stay even more enjoyable. We are already planning our next stay for 2026 and can't wait to go back!

Great stay of 10 days in this beautiful and peaceful setting, a shared pool but we meet there to share our experiences, and we often enjoy it alone. A very pleasant accommodation. I recommend you come and discover this beautiful place.

My only complaint about staying here is that we eventually had to leave. What a wonderful getaway. Perfectly located with unobstructed views of the ocean and diamant. Walkable to many great restaurants. 11/10 cannot recommend highly enough.

A perfect welcome. Luca is very considerate and always available to answer our questions. The apartment itself, perfectly matches the description and opens to a superb terrace overlooking a real postcard of the Bay of Fort-de-France. The only downside is the proximity to the busy road and a little invasive at first. The beach directly accessible below the accommodation is very peaceful and pretty, you will forget the few 120 steps and 3 locked gates to access it. We spent a month there, from mid-January to mid-February this year and have a great memory of it. Françoise and Eric

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very beautiful terrace overlooking the sunset, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the hotel de la batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and lots of fish. Not really a restaurant within walking distance, there is the casino restaurant and pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your beach towels. The laundry washer was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no neighbor's noise.

The views are incredible and Roseline is more than friendly! We were able to taste the specialties by ordering him a meal ... better than at the restaurant! We recommend it!!

My husband and I are delighted with our stay at Lionel's. The place was great for both of us, maybe missing a little bit of storage in the kitchen. Quiet and clean residence, super well placed to visit and enjoy the beautiful beaches and the varied landscapes of the south of the island. Lionel is ultra available and super nice . Aurélie was very nice and helpful when we arrived. The accommodation is located in a quiet subdivision and 10 min walk from the beach of Petite Anse. Very functional apartment with appliances available and with air conditioning of the 2 bedrooms. A little extra: Each room has its own shower room.

Beautiful stay at Jean-Luc and Julie's Warm welcome due to our late arrival Close to the Anses D'Arlets beach, ideal for families Shops nearby around the corner. Small lock problem that did not affect our stay I recommend it!

Our stay was perfect. Henriette, who takes care of the accommodation, was very welcoming and the host was very responsive and available. The accommodation was really clean and well-equipped. We highly recommend this place.
