The accommodation is very well maintained, spacious, with a magnificent view, everything was impeccable. Spa, sauna and steam room, after a hike. Thank you again for the attention given to our arrival and throughout the weekend. We'll be back as a family.

Very nice and comfortable place, exactly as described. Lots of amenities and extras. Perfect for a ski trip among friends or simply relax taking a hut tub looking at the surroundings mountains. Helene was helpful, communicative and always reactive. We will definitely try to go back to her place next winter!

Let me start by telling you this place is absolute gem 💎. The view of Mont Blanc will be the highlight of your trip. It is literally breathtaking right from the house. The Jacuzzi was awesome. The town is like a ferry tale. You will be very fortunate if you book this place. I’ve been all over the planet and this is one of the coolest locations I’ve ever stayed.

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Hélène's accommodation is very well equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a caring and very available hostess. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

I highly recommend this apartment. The location is perfect, it has a big terrace/back yard, the interior is nice and has everything you need. It also has a garage, which was perfect. Roberto was always available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely come back again.

The accommodation is very nice, very well equipped and pleasant to live in. It is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking in community and spices. You feel at home! It is ideal for a stay of three couples with children, the mezzanine double bedroom is a little small for adults. We had a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful from the home's terrace. We came for a wedding and Jean Robert provided us with the necessary equipment to iron our clothes. Access via the key box is very convenient to arrive at any time. There are many possibilities for walks in the surroundings and the nearest shops are 5 minutes' drive away. The place is very relaxing. I recommend it for a total change of scenery.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views! The apartment is furnished in a cozy alpine style with lots of wood – super charming and inviting. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The landlady was incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back!

We were there with 4 people for the Alpe D'Huzes. The apartment was neat and clean, the host very friendly and helpful. Location within walking distance of supermarket, restaurants and shops. A nice and large private garden, garage for the bikes. Great base for walks and bike rides. We enjoyed it tremendously.

A cosy appartment with a phenomenal view, very well located in Arcs 1600 with direct access to ski slopes. Nice terrass too. Good parking place as well where the car is parked safe and shielded. Excellent communication and clear instructions on how to get there.

Isabelle and Philippe are very welcoming and friendly hosts. We were able to enjoy the pool. The accommodation was impeccable and very clean. We felt at home. I recommend this accommodation.

We had a pleasant stay at Emmanuelle's. Our dog Paco and we were delighted to stay at the chalet. Spaces are large and clean. The garden is enclosed and private, which makes it a major asset. We had our independence, all 15 minutes from the center of Annecy. Thank you very much!
