Great place in a quiet area. Good equipment for making your own snacks and you can get to the airport from the destination really easily. Teemu gave good instructions on the outcome of the property, etc. I give 5/5 points.

The destination was as promised and a short distance from the bay highway.

My parents stayed in the apartment and really enjoyed it. They had saunas in the evening, the surroundings had been wonderfully peaceful, and they slept well for the night. They complimented the apartment as cozy and tidy, and wanted to mention that the lack of radio and TV didn't hurt at all, on the contrary.

We enjoyed staying at Pyry very much. The house offered us a lot and in particular the sauna we found great 😊 Pyry was always easily accessible and helpful, thank you!

Saara’s place is fantastic. The view is beautiful, the unit is comfortable and cosy and it is easy to get to via public transport. The sauna and pool are amazing! Highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

The one bedroom apartment is bright and spacious. It has all you need. The location is excellent, very close to public transportation, two supermarkets are very close, as well as close to a central hospital, so I was able to visit my mother who was hospitalized there, several times a day, with a short walk of just a few minutes. The bed was large and comfortable, fresh linens and towels. Fernando took care of my hair dryer, upon my request. The contact with Fernando was excellent, responded quickly to questions/requests and was available. Slightly noisy from the street below the window. I recommend equipping the apartment with a fan, it was somewhat hot, and a small microwave. I also recommend to guide the guests about the method of operating the elevator, by using the apartment key.

We absolutely loved this place. Everything there made sense. The host was communicative at all times, and gave us great suggestions on where to go. The design of the house is extremely logical and high quality. The location was perfect if you want to be in nature and a little outside of Helsinki but close to everything you need. Renting a car will help but is not absolutely necessary unless you want to visit Nuuksio, where it can be difficult to find return transportation. The area is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. There are apples growing by the sidewalks on the walk from the house to the beach, and the beach is a 15 minute walk. There is a grocery store that is a 5 minute walk away and has all of the food that you would need. The neighbors were friendly and helpful (even the quirky one). Overall, I absolutely loved this place.

Apartment is very individually furnished. Nice contact with Antti, who also picked us up from the ferry. The area in which the apartment is located is very accessible by tram from the center.

This was the best rental accommodation I've ever found anywhere. Everything is new and clean. Enjoy peace, privacy and relaxation with good connections to everything. A sauna, hot tub and swimming pool crown the ensemble. The owners are very helpful and take care of the comfort in a first-class way. I would give ten stars if possible. the apartment was very clean and had all the necessary setting - extras from shampoo/conditioner/shower soap in the bathroom. location great, easily accessible everywhere. communication with catarina was smooth and fast.

Solja was so nice and flexible. You could feel hospitality and care. I had my dog and she offered everything we need for our dog including private tour to the fantastic dog’s park nearby. Location was perfect close to the Mall of Tripla and Pasila railway station. The place have such peaceful surroundings and great privacy. I loved Solja’s cozy and beautiful little flowers garden. It was therapeutic. Her home had great sauna and air conditioning was big plus. Definitely recommend her place for stay and want to come back in the near future

Beautiful apartment in Helsinki in stunning location, everything is walkable. Really appreciated the kitchen and the washer/dryer in the flat. Tastefully decorated, felt like home right away. Communication was easy and very professional and friendly via whatsup/phone. The flats facing the street are bit noisy ( tram) if you are light sleeper. Can’t wait to return.

We had a beautiful stay at Samuli's place. Very greenery area, walkable distance to Prisma, puotila metro, Alepa. All equipment supplied for cooking, washing etc. .Samuli is a very responsive and friendly host.Highly recommended his place whoever want to have cozy stay at Helsinki.Thank you Samuli. We enjoyed a lot.
