Beautiful cozy place nestled in greenery over a small hillock. Beach is just 5 minutes across the road. Above all host Mr. Subodh was so helpful and pro-active in his communication. Will surely return.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The space was incredibly aesthetic, thoughtfully designed with stylish decor and cozy touches that made it feel both luxurious and homey. One of the highlights was definitely the jacuzzi — perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Everything was spotlessly clean. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat, and I’d love to come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a calming and picturesque escape!

The property is a perfect place for a peaceful getaway. Beautiful location, Serene surroundings and breathtaking views of the surroundings add to the charm of the property. The property itself is luxurious, exactly as shown and described. It’s spacious, clean and extremely well maintained. All the amenities mentioned in the description are available and in perfect condition. A special mention for the care taker. He is very polite and always available for any kind of help needed. Ashish and his teammates have been very helpful and readily available throughout, clearing any doubts. Overall it was an extremely satisfying and peaceful experience at the property. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful stay in the lap of nature! This place offers a peaceful escape from the noise and chaos of everyday life. One of the highlights was the beautiful open-air jacuzzi with stunning valley views—soaking in the warm water while watching the sunrise or sunset was an unforgettable experience. Mobile network is quite limited here; only Jio works in certain spots, and even then, you might have to search for a signal. A Jio dongle is provided, though it didn’t work during our visit. If you're coming from Pune, we highly recommend taking the Nasrapur route instead of the Sinhagad–Velhe road, as the ghat section is in poor shape. For directions, searching “Guhini” on Google Maps worked best for us. Caretaker Rambhau was incredibly welcoming and served delicious, homely meals. He took excellent care of us throughout the stay. Though there were a few power cuts, they didn't bother us at all. Perfect for anyone looking to disconnect and relax amidst nature!

We went with our family and had a peaceful and amazing stay. The home was spacious, just like in the photos, and all listed amenities were available and functional. Shri, our host, was responsive and helpful—a special shoutout to caretaker Rajender ji, who was always available and ensured we had a comfortable experience. The property also had electricity backup, which added to the convenience. Just a small note for future guests: the pool is on the smaller side, so it’s better suited for a quick dip rather than a full swim. Also, while the bathrooms served the purpose, except one, the other two were not as spacious as one might expect. That said, the overall experience was wonderful. The weather was lovely, the place was easy to reach, and we truly enjoyed the serene and homely vibe. A great spot for families looking to unwind and spend quality time together.

Our stay at AFITA was wonderful! The place was peaceful, with a charming location that allowed us to relax and focus on our work-related trip. The caretakers were incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The food was delicious, comforting, and felt like a home-cooked meal, which made it all the more special. The surrounding environment was lovely, adding to the overall experience. This place was no less than magic. It’s a perfect getaway from the city’s hustle bustle and transports you into the world of tranquility. I personally feel refreshed but secretly hope I could extend my stay by a day or two because it was just the place I hoped to go with my son who’s all of 6. He’s a nature lover and this place did justice in all its glory. Next time we’d like to stay longer and make memories like we did now. Special mention to the sweet host Deepika who was so good at coordinating and attentive to all my needs since I was travelling with a child. I looked for safety & comfort in terms of food and she helped us through it all effortlessly. Thank you so much once again Deepika :)

great place and great cook and caretaker Mr Nilesh. Supremely helpful and care taking. cooking was great and he went all the way out of his bau to assist us with our request.
