Bright small well-kept apartment in a lovely location

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is more spacious than the photos show. Manuela met us in person to give us the keys and show us the laundry room and trash rooms. The apartment is on a quiet street and everything in the town of Ludwigsburg was easily walkable! We had children with us so we appreciated the dedicated washer and dryer in the basement laundry room.

Yvonne‘s apartment has everything one needs to have a very comfortable stay. She is also very accomodating and responsive. Its well located in Leonberg and in a very peaceful neighborhood in Leonberg. The only downside we found was that in some points of the outdoor staircase to reach the apartment, there is no railing. It was anyway a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend it. Thank you and hopefully bis Bald! :)

Martina’s place is perfect for a single traveler or a couple. Right in the Leonberg old city, very close to nature trails for walking and running, parking is easy and cheap and it’s surprisingly quiet considering the foot traffic on the street. The price is also quite reasonable.
