An amazing place and neighborhood that is welcoming and all green. The location is amazing and walkable to restaurant and the supermarket around the corner was a big plus. The house is as same as seen in the website and even better. The host is amazing and she was waiting for us to show us all details and to give local recommendations. She was very communicative with speed of response to whatever we needed.

We are very happy with the apartment and the owner. The apartment is clean, quiet, cozy, has everything you need. Great view from the window. The area is almost free of tourists and there are many delicious places for locals. I recommend this place.

Antonella's home was perfect for our stay in Rome. Easy bus ride from the train station, very walkable area convenient to good restaurants and a great neighborhood. Close to the Vatican and Trastevere area. Antonella was very easy to contact and was a great host. We were very happy with our choice. There is a narrow flight of stairs, but we knew this beforehand and wasn't an issue for us.

There is nothing bad I can say about Simone’s place. Everything was wonderful. I felt that I was safe and I slept very well. It added a wonderful memory to our vacation. Thank you so much Simone.

I definitely recommend this house. Very convenient, clean, and relaxed. Matteo and Rossana were very kind and friendly and helpful. The house is located just 20 seconds' walk from the station, yet it is very calm. When you get back from the center, you are very tired, but you can sit down on the sofa and relax immediately after getting off the train! There are several supermarkets and nice restaurants, etc. everything you need are all nearby, and you enjoy the beauty of nature, yet you can get to the center of Rome in just 20 minutes. I think it is much better than staying in the center for many reasons. It will promise you a very comfortable and lovely stay in Rome.

A cozy place that was built with lots of passion and love. I had an amazing stay in Rome, had the pleasure of meeting Cristiana & Pietro who made sure I would feel at home, gave me a list of al the nicest not so touristy spots to see and eat at (as per my inquiry) and made sure I make the best of my holiday. ♥️

A wonderful apartment right next to the beach. We loved it here!

We stayed two nights in Adriano's apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment and the amenities were as described. The location is good, the classic sights are within walking distance. The Travestere district and the Tiber are only 3 minutes away. Due to the proximity to the "scene district", however, it was (only) a little louder on Saturday evening / night. You just can't have both😉. Adriano was easily accessible and the check-in and access to the apartment/house worked well. Had a lovely time!

Simonetta and Max were really kind and friendly hosts, immediately making themselves very helpful. The place exactly matches the description, small but cared for in every detail and most likely clean. It is an oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery with many activities available to entertain both human and four-legged friends! I especially thank the hosts for giving me a wonderful birthday. I will be very happy to stay at Villa Bovari!

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place! The apartment was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get settled and begin relaxing in the outdoor space (with sweeping views of the city). The multiple seating areas were excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hot tub. Such an awesome way to relax after sightseeing all day. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable and functional. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a single traveler. We hope to return!

Everything was pretty nice, i was even allowed to check in earlier than stated after they finished cleaning. The only thing that i must warn you is: If you fall for the bathtub on the advertised pictures, which was a main reason for me to take it, there is not enough hot water to fill it and host said it’s just for beauty not to use it so that was a bit dampening everything else is perfect and it looks very nice inside and feels like home. I managed to fill the bathtub with the water cooker but would be nice to know this before booking, i would expect a bigger boiler and not just a small kettle.

Loved this place. Only a few minutes walk to the metro. Loved the private pool and views. Roomy apartment. Incredibly friendly and helpful.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. The house is a work of art and we made the best memories with relaxation and fun. Thank you so much to Lorenzo and Michela!!! Absolutely fantastic!

I had a perfect stay, Antonella was lovely, really thoughtful. At first I thought of the isolated accommodation, and in the end with the bus it goes very quickly to reach the tourist center. I felt right at home. Thanks! And what a joy to regain calm after days of wandering.

The villa is as described and the exteriors are even more beautiful. The area under the canopy overlooking the hot tub is very pleasant. We also took advantage of the barbecue, appreciating its equipment. We will be happy to return soon

Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and full of great info about the history or Rome and locations to see. The place is exactly as described, so believe it when he says it is small. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the outside rooftop patio was brilliant.

We only stayed at Matteo’s place for one night but we enjoyed our stay. He was very clear on instructions on how to get in and find everything we needed. It’s a great location! Directly across the beach and really close to the airport (which is why we chose it)

A special corner in South Rome! The house is delightful, clean and well-kept, with air conditioning, a washing machine and a view that leaves you speechless. It is located in South Rome, with the bus stop right outside the house: very convenient for getting around! But the real treasure is Gianni, a person with an immense, welcoming and generous heart. Thanks to him, we immediately felt at home. We already know where to go for our next stays in Rome!

Daniele’s was worth every penny. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk to the bus stop it takes you to Rome less than five minutes a block and a half away. Or you could walk three blocks to City center public bus stop for one euro you can take that bus to the airport in either catch the train to Termini station or take 3 different bus options. As for restaurants, I would guess no less than 100 restaurants within a mile of any direction. Daniele gave us Local recommendations for good.(great choices) there is a post office 100 yards away. There is a laundromat 200 feet away. There is a grocery store 75 yards today that has everything you can think of that you would ever need while you’re at this Airbnb. The apartment is very secure very clean all around it. The neighbors are friendly. It has stairs that go to it or you can take an elevator. This is one of the best Airbnb locations I’ve ever stayed. I can’t recommend this place enough. He takes u to and from FCO!

Frederica was an amazing host! Always checked in to make sure things were running smoothly and checking in on me to make sure I didn't need any additional things. This apartment was so comfortable and spacious! I loved staying here!

WOW !! Everything about this place was worth it, full private patio (the perfect place to watch the sunset over the pier), super clean, easy communication, great location. If you are hesitant, don’t be. Everything was perfect 10/10 100% recommend

Patrizia and her husband were so kind. They have a lovely dog that was very friendly and my son loved to play with him. She showed us where to go to eat which was really nice. We were coming off of a cruise and spent the night to go to the airport in the morning it is very close to the airport about €35. Check Uber I found that it was cheaper. I would definitely stay again I felt like I was coming home only thing missing was a great Italian Sunday dinner ;) Only one small issue that future guest need to be aware. They need to collect a tax per person at €4.50 per person. Airbnb does not collect this and for some reason it was not on their listing. No biggy and it does not reflect my experience with the host or the place just wanted to give future guests a heads up to know that this will be collected upon arrival.

The apartment is very beautiful and clean, it has everything you may need (I would add a large knife, tea, sugar, salt for visitors). The bed is magnificent and I slept wonderfully on it! The host was always in touch and gave detailed instructions. To my delight, the apartment was also a 5-minute drive from the car rental office, where we had to return our car, and it took us only 10 minutes. Great place to spend the night before the flight! From the comments and features: the apartment is very bright due to natural light and this can interfere with sleep, but it did not interfere with me, I slept well. Maybe I could have darkened it somehow, I didn't ask. Most of all, I didn't like the mybnb system! I was very angry that I had to photograph my children with documents, send these photos somewhere on the Internet and electronically sign the lease for one night. It took time and caused a lot of unpleasant emotions. In general, I am certainly satisfied with the choice
