I live in NJ close to my parents, and my sister lives in Tallahassee. To make it easier for my parents (who are separated) to see my sister and their grandchildren, I surprised them with the keys to a "his and her" condo in the same complex. You won't find an Airbnb in the area with more abundant amenities because I wanted to give my parents the home away from home they have always dreamed of. Hello and welcome to our home! This guest house is in our backyard and is very cozy with a large, screened-in porch. Sit in a rocking chair on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the many birds and the company of butterflies and hummingbirds. The King size bed is so comfortable! Our neighborhood lies between the Market District to the south and Bannerman Crossing to the North. There is shopping as well as many restaurants all around us. Downtown and FSU are 20 min away depending on traffic.

Lovely and completely renovated 1100 sqft in-law suite, fully self contained and private. It comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen (no commercial food preparation allowed) and bathroom with walk-in shower. Queen size bed in the bedroom, with a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Has its own private entrances and dedicated driveway parking area, as well as self-check-in. No pets allowed. This is a strict non-smoking space, no smoking is allowed on the property.

The location was perfect for our visit and close to everything we needed. It’s a beautiful, private space with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Tallahassee! All the information was accurate and it looks exactly like the photos. Kelley was very responsive and even checked in with us online during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed.

My stay at Rennai's was wonderful. The apartment was in a lovely neighborhood and close to shopping and restaurants. I felt right at home and was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and I had all that I needed. I was steps away from a beautiful pool which I had the pleasure of using a couple times during my stay. I enjoyed my time at Rennai's and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Tallahassee. I will definitely return there again.

Philip hosted my father and my father said: “Philip is great. He is vegetarian and is quite into gardening. He’s a very interesting man. We talked for about an hour. Everything inside is clean. He has two houses, each with three rooms he rents out. Renters have full house privileges and Phillip keeps a lot of food for everyone.” Would stay again! Thank you, Philip!
