Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Anna's Appartement Cosy- Urig

Cozy and quaint! Anna's apartment welcomes you in the Hohe Tauern in Uttendorf. We are in the middle of the village and yet pleasantly quiet. Shops are within walking distance. In summer, the mountains offer everything from hiking, climbing, swimming to mountain biking. We also have a lot to offer in winter. A cross-country ski run on the lake and all known ski resorts can be reached within 30 minutes. We are looking forward to your visit!

Chalet Charlotte - our 2021 newly built vacation home (semi-detached house) in alpine style - has been furnished in a modern and very cozy style with great attention to detail. The chalet with its own sauna is located on the edge of Lengdorf (Niedernsill), a small, idyllic village between Zell am See, Kaprun and Kitzbühel.

The Lengalmhütte 1 for 6 people with its own sauna hut is located in Lengdorf (Niedernsill), a few minutes from Kaprun. Lengalmhütte 1 has a sauna (outside) a terrace, a fireplace, a seating area with a sofa & two armchairs, a flat screen TV with Netflix & Amazon video, WiFi and two bathrooms with a shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.

Spring, summer and autumn are the ideal time for wonderful hikes, mountain bike and motorcycle tours. You can play golf, sail, go mountain hiking or even ski on the glacier of Kaprun. In winter, skiing or cross-country skiing are the order of the day in the Kitzbühel Alps, on the snow sure Kitzsteinhorn glacier or in the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See. All destinations are only 10-15 minutes away by car.
