Nice house in the best location. The house is completely renovated and added new room wing in 2021. The house is suitable for the large family or for groups, as it contains several sections and several common spaces. From the first floor views and a look to the ocean. Here are five good rooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, pool table, etc. The house is located in the old part of Agger, 200 meters from the North Sea and 200 meters from the Michelin restaurant. A small but cozy cottage of 60 m2, high on a cul-de-sac. Terraces on three sides of the house. Large terrace is southwest facing. Most often there are the most beautiful sunsets in the stay. View of Sallingsund (and Sallingsund Bridge) and Mors. Dome area with possibility of bike and nature walks in the surrounding area. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
