On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

The apartment is located in Lemvig. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, a nice kitchen with a dining area and a nice little garden that can also be used. It is very centrally located and in a few minutes you are down by the harbor and the pedestrian street. The apartment has an attached carport, but it is also possible to park on the street. Space for 4 cars. Bicycle rental. Walking distance to shopping, city center, restaurants and walking in Søedalen. Diagonally opposite is a small playground and within a short distance a tennis court, golf course, paddle and swimming pool as well as beautiful beaches. The different ceiling heights and intimate spaces create a charming and cozy atmosphere in the old fisherman's house. Towards the water, there is an orangery/sun room and a terrace with a private path directly down to the beach. The house also has a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, where you can cook your dinner on the grill or enjoy the sunset in the evening.
