Der Check-In war unkompliziert und alle wichtigen Informationen waren super aufbereitet. Das Highlight sind der Ausblick über das Wasser und die Terrasse, von der aus man über eine Leiter direkt in den See gelangt. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und kommen gerne wieder.

Laura and her husband Arjan were the perfect hosts! Arjan served us breakfast each morning which included a basket of fresh bread, fruits and cheese. Arjan provided us with great recommendations and most especially - showed us how to use the tram system! It is a lovely apartment and they made us feel very welcome.

Do not hesitate to go there! It is the perfect getaway! Everything is well thought, well decorated, we felt so quickly at home and at peace. There are some houses and neighbours around the house but you might only see them when you arrive and leave. The place is private and quiet. The view is exactly like the picture, we spent evenings looking at the sky, the birds, the rabbits and the cows. A great place 😊

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad! Het appartement ligt in een rustige en natuurlijke omgeving, is smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles was brandschoon en goed verzorgd. De locatie is ideaal: je bent zo in Harlingen en Franeker. Ympkje is een ontzettend vriendelijke en attente host, die altijd klaarstaat. We voelden ons direct welkom. Een absolute aanrader! --- Laat het me weten als je nog iets wilt aanpassen qua toon of lengte.

Fantastic apartment, really clean and comfortable in a great neighbourhood: peaceful but walking distance to everything you could need. Loes and Fokke are wonderful hosts, warm and helpful- we had a brilliant few days exploring the city from the perfect base.

We had an excellent stay! We were visiting family and exploring Friesland and this place was the perfect place for us to stay while doing so! Hella is so welcoming and greeted us when we arrived. The location was peaceful and relaxing with a beautiful view of a pond in the backyard and there were beautiful trails near the Airbnb. The Airbnb was an excellent home away from home while we traveled and if we were visiting in the area again we would definitely want to stay there again!

Kim is very responsive to any communications. Well equips home. Left some items by way of coffee etc to help when you first arrive.

I can honestly say that this has been the loveliest stay I had in an Airbnb. The place feels like home right away. Sometimes you’ll be welcomed by two lovely very friendly and playful cats when get to the reception. The place is clean, and looks as good as the photos and even better. The best was very comfortable and the bathroom had everything you needed. There’s a wide collection of teas that I really enjoyed as well. Yes there’s no kitchen but I don’t think it’s really needed. The location of the apartment is so perfect. It’s near everything you’d need. There are many nice shops, cafes, bars and restaurants very close by. I’d really consider coming back to Everts place next time I come to Amsterdam.

This is our second time staying at this lovely cottage in Airling, which says a lot — we rarely return to the same place twice, but our first stay here was so wonderful that we just had to come back. The area is incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to truly relax and unwind. The cottage may be small, but it has absolutely everything you might need — every little thing is thoughtfully provided, and somehow, whatever you're looking for, you always find it right there. Evenings by the canal are absolutely priceless — calm, beautiful, and unforgettable. Thank you Gisela & Frank!

Tolle Wohnung, sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war nicht eine der üblichen sehr cleanen anonymen Ferienwohnungen, sondern einfach ein Zuhause.

Mattie’s place is the best in Amsterdam. Clean, cozy, conveniently located and very charming. She gave great recommendations and advice. I can’t thank her enough. She also sent back a necklace I forgot

Hoewel ik Gea niet persoonlijk heb ontmoet was het contact met haar heel prettig. Ze reageert direct en is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het huisje is om op verliefd te worden. Erg leuk ingericht en je hebt er werkelijk alles wat je nodig hebt. Het ruikt er fris en schoon. Het is zo'n huisje waar je je direct thuisvoelt, gezellig! Je hebt een eigen terrasje aan het water waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. Het centrum, daar ben je lopend met een paar minuten. De ligging is perfect. Een dikke aanrader!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Airbnb! Das Haus war genauso, wie auf den Fotos – sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Aussicht aufs Wasser, das hat den Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Auch kleine Extras wie ein Willkommensgruß und lokale Tipps waren eine schöne Überraschung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Haus absolut weiterempfehlen!

Nach einem langen Tag in Amsterdam haben wir die Ruhe in Broek in Waterland bei Haico sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich und bietet alles, was wir gebraucht haben: ein bequemes Bett, eine saubere Dusche und eine gut ausgestattete Küche, in der wir unser Frühstück zubereiten und abends kleine Mahlzeiten wie Pasta oder Sandwiches machen konnten. Die Lage ist ideal, um schnell nach Amsterdam zu gelangen, und die Busverbindung ist sehr gut.

Een mooi, modern afgewerkt afgelegen huisje aan het water. Super mooi in de natuur, reeën en hazen zie je lopen. Aan de andere kant water. Mooi om te fietsen, naar de stad te gaan. Keuken heeft alles, fijne douche. Schone kamers met fijne bedden.

Wir haben uns das Haus gebucht weil es uns von den Bewertungen sehr angesprochen hat. Unsere Erwartungen wurden aber weit übertroffen. Wir kamen in einem Haus in dem wir uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt haben. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Alles ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Saskia war problemlos möglich. Wir haben uns das Haus mit einem befreundeten Pärchen gemietet und sind nach einer Woche sehr gut erholt nach Hause gefahren. Wir können das Haus bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen. Wir möchten nächstes Jahr im Herbst wieder kommen. Danke für alles Saskia und Flip.

We had the most wonderful stay. The Garage was perfect for what we needed. It was beautifully done, Sanny and Dennis had thought of everything. It had a lovely feeling to it, was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Check in was really easy. We used the bikes (thank you!) and the location was a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Alkmaar. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you for creating such a cool and beautiful space. This apartment was amazing for our quick trip to Amsterdam. The location is perfect—right on one of the main canals and walkable to everything. Helena was such a gracious host and gave us some great recs for vintage shopping, drinks, and eats. The space was well appointed and she was so flexible with our arrival and departure times. I would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again on a future visit.

Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen und ruhigen Umgebung. Es ist für Naturliebhaber leicht zu erreichen und dennoch nur 25 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum Amsterdams entfernt. Wir vermissten lediglich eine größere Spüle zum Abwaschen des Frühstücksgeschirrs. Insgesamt war es aber eine sehr sympathische Erfahrung.

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

Location is perfect, place is nice and roomy, steps and hallway are a bit narrow but was totally fine for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Cute cafe nearby for breakfast. Host was great as well. Lots of good recommendations!!

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time here, it is in a great location with plenty of shops and a gorgeous park right around the corner! the apartment is beautiful and comfortable. would love to come back again
