Since Dec 4, 2023, we have been the proud owners of our vacation home at Beach Resort in Makkum. The house can accommodate up to 6 people, and is very complete. The house is beautifully centrally located on a quiet park. With a sunny terrace and views over the nature reserve and the water. You can fish from the jetty! Hi, we are Cees and Cathalijne, and are happy to offer our upstairs. The apartment is in Centrumeiland, a new district in Amsterdam. Within walking distance are shops, supermarkets, terraces, restaurants and the beach! The apartment has a living room with pantry, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and 2 balconies. Directly behind the shared front door is the staircase up to the apartment: it is separate from the rest of the house. We live downstairs ourselves, so you have a lot of privacy.

Get away from it all, enjoy nature on the edge of the IJsselmeer and beach. In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.

The center of Makkum is 5 minutes drive/30 minutes walk from the property.
