Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. This spacious home is equipped with all the comforts for groups of up to 8. You will enjoy the large kitchen, the various cozy sitting areas and the wonderfully quiet bedrooms. The sun-drenched garden faces the west and has several cozy sitting areas and a heated swimming pool (June to the end of August). The garden is located on water that gives access to a large recreational lake with beach. Please note: only for guests with at least 2 good reviews and older than 28 years. No exceptions.

Relax in this unique and fantastic split-level home: lots of light, space and cozy outdoor terraces. From the decking, you jump into the water, or you sail away with the paddle board or with the rowing boat! From the large kitchen, you can look out over the water. With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. One level down are the bathroom and bedrooms, and you are "face to face" with the water.

We look forward to welcoming you to our tiny house in the unique neighborhood of De Realiteit, where several special homes are the result of a design competition. The space is all yours and has everything you need. A double bed, bathroom and kitchenette (with combi microwave, induction hob and a mini fridge). There is also a terrace and you can park in front of the door. The area offers beautiful nature, you can walk to the water and you can easily travel to Amsterdam.

Ons zelf ontworpen huisje ligt midden in de velden, op 45 minuten rijden van Amsterdam. Het staat op een kleinschalig recreatiepark, waar wij ook een ander huisje hebben onder de naam Familie Buitenhuys. Je slaapt in een volledig huisje met vloerverwarming en alle comfort. In de master bedroom staat een bad bij het raam, met uitzicht over de weilanden. Vanuit het bad zie je Nederland in zijn puurste vorm. Licht, eigenzinnig en speels ingedeeld. Maximaal 4 personen + baby.
