Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Leith

This is one of the top stays ever for us. Marcin understands how to make a stay awesome. Seriously cool automotive theme. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

We had a lovely 5 night stay! Check in was fine, no problems. The interior is very comfortable and tastefully designed displaying original art and all furnishings are of a high quality. The kitchen is large with everything one would need to prepare a complex meal, excluding condiments and spice, so bring your own. Oil, coffee and salt and pepper are provided. The bedrooms are nice and comfy. The steel tub, in one of the bedrooms, is splendid. Plus there’s plenty of hot water to fill it! We sat in the pretty garden, it’s lush with mature shrubs and flowering plants…but be aware of the stinging nettle. My dog got her paws badly stung and I had brushed into some myself for a whole day of annoying tingling. Bring some Benadryl just incase. If you’re avid walkers, definitely explore the grounds, gardens, pond and tower, all stunning. It’s a large holding, lots to explore. Alexander was very responsive and accommodating. But book now, we noticed future prices are going up!

A beautiful house with sheltered private garden. Great location in the centre of Elie. Ann was very responsive to messages. Comfy beds, beautiful kitchen and fabulous showers! We would love to come back!

What stunning views and such a tranquil location. Loved our stay and hosts were so accommodating when we were a little late and they opened up for our grocery delivery driver! We are a family of four with a dog and loved using the enclosed garden, bbq and fire pit. Beds are comfortable and showers are super. Even the sofa bed is great! Would stay again. Our family had an amazing stay at the coal house,kid friendly with toys they can play with, very clean and had all the stuff we needed Carla and Alan were great host and fast to answer any questions we had. Would recommend for anyone that has kids Thank you again

It was a beautiful getaway! A paradise close to the city. Amazing house, felt like a home away from home! The attention to detail in the house was different from anywhere else we've been in the past. It was stacked with all sorts of equipment and anything you would ever need. Beautiful garden with gorgeous lights. The fireplace was where we spent most of our time. This place is my heaven. Each morning I would look out at the view in complete awe. Claire, her husband, the place and location were absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to come back.

Hannah’s place was perfect for a quick trip, loved having a log burner to use in the evening, location was perfect, walkable distance into Lauder, but in a nice quiet location with very little passing traffic, accommodation was perfectly clean and had everything I needed

We had another highly enjoyable weekend at Swallows Nest, our 2nd short stay at this very peaceful and comfortable property. A home from home, in very beautiful and special surroundings. Already arranging our 3rd visit … :) Highly recommend for a family or couple. Thank you both!

We had a great long weekend at Dr Kennedy's Waiting Room. The apartment is beautifully presented and equipped with everything we needed, exactly as described. It's easy to find, plenty of parking space, though care is needed getting out onto the road. It's just 5 minutes from the harbour and Pittenweem is a lovely little harbour village. It's one of a number of wonderful places on that coast, with St Monan's 5 minutes drive to the west and Anstruther, the largest of them, 5 mins to the East. St. Andrews is 20 minutes away. We had fish and chips from the Chip Ahoy (we would recommend this over the queues at the Anstruther Fish Bar - food is fine but not so much that it is worth the wait when there are plenty of other options), and a great lunch at the Dory Bistro. Sam was excellent at communicating, super quick to respond and made sure we had all the information we needed and that everything was as it should be. We can recommend without hesitation or reservation.

A beautiful, cosy, warm flat practically on the beach in Portobello. The flat is so quiet in the evenings, and the beach is perfect for long walks. The city is really close by bus or uber. I would absolutely stay here again when I come to Edinburgh.

We loved our stay at 1881. The colour, furnishings, 2 great bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, excellent kitchen. Borrowed an excellent novel while there and finished it. Jak and Kerri are fabulous, friendly hosts who go above and beyond with info, communication etc. Short walk to the lovely Aberdour Silver Sands beach where you can get fantastic fish and chips, overlooking the water. On the Fife Coastal path and we stayed here rather than Edinburgh and caught the train in from Aberdour station, a short walk away. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located in a lovely area next to the Tweed with beautiful views from the window. We took 2 dogs with us who had a great time! Terry and Aimee are very friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for them. Appartment modern, comfortable and clean with all the equipment you need. Would highly recommend.

I would like to say a big thank you to Leigh for everything she was so helpful over message. I met her in person and such a lovely lady. Everything was clean and tidy, helpful information and was only a message away if needed with a fast reply. I would highly recommend here for a trip away as I would 100% come back. I planned this for a surprise for the other haft as she’s never stayed in one or been in a hot tub. The views are so nice around the area and so private. When you can tell they have put there heats into this that means the most. Thank you again Leigh. We enjoyed every moment and didn’t want to leave.

We here for 2 nights to give our elderly dog Kiera a 'last holiday' and when we arrived, we were blown away by the cabin. The hosts vibe shines through in all the little details. Unfortunately, Kiera took a turn for the worse after spending just 5 hours here and we had to head home to the vets. Lotte was extremely understanding and compassionate when we had to leave the cabin early. We are gutted we didn't get to spend the full time here to appreciate it's full experience, but wouldn't hesitate in booking again. We plan to book here again every year to remember the time we had with Kiera. The cabin is located in a little piece of heaven and is exactly what you need to get off grid and forget about life for a while. the record player was a great touch too! 10/10

We've had stays at both of Gavin's cabins for several weeks now whilst working locally. Fab spot, comfortable, and very happy to visit again!

Very much enjoyed my stay at Charlie and Mel’s Garden Cabin which is comfortable, compact, well equipped and very quiet overnight. Loved the garden outlook and the seafront location is pleasant and very close to restaurants and amenities. All very convenient and the property’s safe, off road parking is a real bonus. A very good AirB&B stay.
