The cottage was gorgeously idyllic and private. The cottage itself was super well appointed and comfortable. The exterior was landscaped beautifully and the views were breathtaking. We got engaged during our visit because my fiancé was moved to propose due to the perfect setting. We will return if we are back in the area.

Myself and 2 friends just had a brilliant weekend at Dawn and Darren’s cottage. They were very friendly and welcoming hosts. The cottage was perfect for what we needed, the decor was lovely and we’ll definitely be back for another stay. Hopefully later this year! Thank you Dawn and Darren.

Lovely property with everything you need for a stay. The grounds are lovely. The location is good as a hub and plenty of villages to visit and St Andrews is very close. Tara was quick to respond to any queries. I travelled with 2 teenagers and they were happy with WiFi speed. Also my dog loved the gardens. My husband brought back fish and chips from anstruther for dinner in less than 10 minutes. I would return to this accommodation.

A tranquil and peaceful stay in this spacious and well equipped cottage. We were well looked after by Jenny and co. and felt totally relaxed. Enjoyed our interactions with farm life, which included birthing a lamb, petting the donkies and seeing the newborn kittens, it made our stay very special. The house is well located for trips into Edinburgh and Glasgow, or to enjoy nearby countryside. You won't regret it!

We had a lovely few days, staying at Appletree Cottage, with our two grandchildren aged 6 and 3. The cottage was very comfy and well equipped, and ideally suited our needs. Good location for many attractions such as Blair Drummond Safari Park, Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies. We were lucky to have good weather so the excellent play area and hot tub were much enjoyed each day. Would definitely recommend booking.

The best we ever visited! During the last 8 years we travel Europe with our dog and had a lot of houses between Italy and Norway, but this is No.1. (OK together with that beautiful place in Norway 😉). Even our too early appearance caused no problems (one day!). The rooms are much better than they look at the photos. We relaxed in a way we didn’t have before. Art and leisure in perfect constellation! You have to get the Marmelade from the shop, it’s great! Whenever we are in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 again, we will return. And for our German fellow countryman:“ Super gemütlich und wirklich stylisch mit Kunst!“ By the way, it’s located in a art park, what we didn’t realized before! Beautiful relaxing cottage in a very peaceful and convenient part of Scotland. Easy drive from the airport if you have satnav/ GPS. The furnishings and especially the bedding was of top quality, much better than you would expect in a rental unit. Very friendly, knowledgeable welcoming and responsive hosts. Beautiful walk through their farmland from the cottage, Libby came over to welcome us and ensure all was well. She brought two very friendly sheep dogs that work with them on the farm.

We had a great stay! The location was absolutely perfect for our stay with our 2 year old since we were close to an incredible playground! We appreciated being able to use a travel crib and that the upstairs was nice and dark for our toddler’s early bedtime!

Cute place, small but perfect for a few days away. Everything has been cleverly thought of to fit a tiny space. It’s a great location too but you do need to book if you want to eat at the pub as it is very busy!

We had a fantastic stay in Jasmine Cottage, we felt at home from the minute we arrived. The space was clean, bright and homely. We cooked every night for our family and found the kitchen had everything we needed. We were happy to spend the evening “at home” after visiting the towns & villages surrounding us. (My two son’s survival depends of WiFi and pizza, the WiFi was easy to connect to, a pizza wheel would’ve been ideal but that’s neither here nor there). The beds were clean and so comfortable, we slept very well. The area is peaceful. The garden was beautiful, I believe the gardener was due on the day we arrived but didn’t make it. This didn’t affect our stay as the grass wasn’t too long that the kids couldn’t play, but I hope it’s done for the next guests as it’s just perfect to sit in. Kirsten has thought of everything to ensure Jasmine Cottage is a home from home. We didn’t want to leave! Even the little touches such as the old fashioned Bluetooth speaker made it 10/10!

What an absolute gem of a place. Peace and tranquility, with easy access to walks in the area and easy enough to get into Edinburgh if you want to. Cosy and stylishly decorated with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable break. Would highly recommend.

I would definitely stay here again. The description and listing is accurate. We loved the town,the location and the beautiful garden setting by the beach. The only thing that was a challenge was getting to a decent grocery store. We did try delivery but it took 2 days. We booked this place for 20 days so we really got to know this wonderful town. Jane was great.

Ellen had great communication and made sure that everything was in place for our trip as we were catering a Christmas dinner cooked by chef. The ample furniture was such a bonus and it was very comfortable. The location is stunning so much so that whilst on my stay there I decided to put in an offer on a property around the corner to live out my retirement there!!!!! Nothing short of amazing! A nature lover’s paradise (even with the Scottish weather). Got dry weather for an hour one morning haha so had a lovely breakfast in the garden. Met two tiny (literally newborn) lambs in the field next to us! All wobbly on their feet. So cute!! Friendly hosts, very clean and well decorated.

Kirsteen's cottage was cosy, charming, comfortable and had the perfect Edinburgh ambience! Kirsteen was a very flexible, helpful and accommodating host. The cottage is centrally located within walking distance to plenty of fabulous restaurants, coffee shops on Hannover Street and the surrounding area. The beds were super comfy. Lovely little touches with the condiments including milk for tea/coffee. Would definitely stay here again and recommend :)

From initial contact to final handshake Wasim was open and friendly. Set in private parking area next to his shop this cottage was immaculate with just the perfect amount of fixtures and fittings to ensure plenty of space. Welcoming pint of milk, biscuits and a note were excellent and appreciated personal touches. Undoubtedly recommend for anyone planning trip in the area!

My husband stayed here for work and thought it was a lovely little cottage annex in a fantastic location. The views are great and the annex is well equipped, clean, comfortable and peaceful. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The hosts were friendly and answered queries quickly. It was nice to meet them and chat.

We stayed 5 nights the end of May when all the flowering shrubs were in bloom. Its was truly a beautiful scene. We liked the quiet nature for walks on the property. We did some cycling trips from there also using the local train and cycle shop rental. The kitchen was great though we didn’t cook much. The local golf course had great food(vegan too) so we ate there several times. Everyone was so friendly in West Calder. We enjoyed a cosey fire one night. Nicola was very friendly, quick to respond for small stuff she rectified. I would love to return.

I’ve traveled to 33 countries and stayed in many Airbnbs, but Johanna’s place is hands-down the best. The home is beautifully set up, fully stocked (even with breakfast items like orange juice and bread), and they even provided a BBQ grill! Johanna and Mike were incredibly kind and helpful. We had an unfortunate theft incident in Edinburgh, and Johanna supported us every step of the way truly above and beyond. The location is perfect, right next to the airport with stunning plane views, yet completely soundproof. Not a single complaint everything from the amenities to the hospitality was flawless. Absolutely unforgettable stay!

Wonderful stay near Rosslyn Chapel. Gorgeous view, enchanting garden, and lovely sunroom. The living room converts into a nice second bedroom. We had a great time!

Possibly the best all-around AirBnB in which we have ever stayed. Lovely, comfortable decor. Immaculately clean. New finishes but still maintains a classic look. Wonderful private garden for the cottage. Amazing grounds landscaping means a view out every window. Good location for going into Edinburgh or quickly getting to local attractions. Roslynn Chapel just minutes away. Very responsive and friendly host. This one is a gem!
