Mit einer beeindruckenden Aussicht liegt diese schöne Ferienwohnung auf einer kleinen Anhöhe unmittelbar am Fuße des Wellnesshotels Schloss Pichlarn. Die Wohnung ist seit 25 Jahren in unserem Familienbesitz. Leider steht sie die meiste Zeit des Jahres leer und wir haben uns nun entschieden, auch anderen Menschen einen tollen Urlaub im wunderschönen Irdning zu ermöglichen. Bitte beachtet, dass ihr bei Mitnahme eurer eigenen Handtücher und Bettwäsche 40€ Rabatt bekommt, schreibt mir dafür nur :)

Summerdream at the lake. As a couple or with kids!

Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

60 m2 apartment on the mezzanine floor with 1 bedroom with double bed, large kitchen-cum-living-room with double sofa bed and pellet stove, plus a bathroom with bathtub, underfloor heating and a view of the magnolia tree. 100-year-old ship floors, comfortable sofas and reading chairs, flat screen TV with satellite connection and DVD player as well as a selection of classic films for rainy evenings. Sauna and use of the garden included. Kitchen with all appliances. The one with the pink sofa!
