Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Leiria District

Unreal!!!!! We just had the best weekend we could ask for. 8am - yoga with a local amazing teacher 10am - surf pro training with Riccardo, the host, who also happens to be an absolute legend 1pm - quick stop at the market, just in front of the guesthouse, to buy local veggies and fresh fish 2pm - video review of the morning training, to check our mistakes 3pm - working on our surf technique using carvers (skateboards), again with Ricardo guiding us 5pm - back in the water until sunset 10pm - super dinner all together at the guesthouse - sleep - repeat The guesthouse is beautiful and 50m from the beach of Consolaçao. The girls working there, Christine, Floor and Julia, kept it sparkling clean and they are also amazing hosts, we have been hanging out all together in the guesthouse garden or at the beach. The market and the bakery, both pretty much in front of the guesthouse, kept us well-fed and healthy. The only problem now is going back to work. Worth every penny and I think I'm going back very very soon! ;)

Exactly what I was looking for! The room (double with balcony) was amazing and makes you feel at home. Perfect size, and especially nice sunlight in the afternoon! The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your food, even a Thermomix. The location is fully doable without a car. You can take an Uber to/from Peniche - for example if you arrive by bus- or Consolacão. But also by foot, Consolacão is only 20 minutes. All rooms and common areas were spotless! Pedros&Ritas house is directly behind the dunes, so reaching the sea is only a few minutes walk. If you spend the whole day at the beach, its near enough so you can take a short walk back in case you need anything. I can only fully recommend you to stay with Rita&Pedro, two lovely, helpful hosts. Would come again any time! PS: my flight was delayed so I needed to check-in later, Pedro&Rita made that possible.

Pedro and Rita are amazing hosts 🤩! The accommodation ist super nice and comfortable. The shared kitchen has absolutely everything that you could need for cooking and the living has a cozy atmosphere. Rita and Pedro are both friendly, helpful and really flexible. You can ask them about anything about the area and they will give you the best advices. The other guests were also really sweet, friendly and respectful, so we felt us like home for the 3 days we spent there.🥰

We had a wonderful time here, the team and guests were super friendly and the accommodation and activities were perfect ! Having the surf shop directly at the house also made our whole experience better since it was super easy for classes or renting boards. The location is 20min away from Peniche but offers a lot of activities so you can either chill at home or go explore around Peniche. Highly recommend !

La maison de Lurdes a une très belle vue et les chambres sont nickels. On a dormi à trois et nous avions vraiment de l'espace. La salle de bain est aussi très agréable. Superbe petit déjeuner avec des confitures et des gâteaux faits par Lurdes. Elle est vraiment très attachante et donne de très bons conseils. À recommander vivement.

Etablissement où on se sent à l'aise. Tranquille, près de la plage cependant et des activités.

Highly recommended! Serge and Alice are very nice and welcoming; we had such a great time at their place. The room was cosy and we had everything we needed. The breakfast was just awesome :)

Me and my girlfriend had an awesome stay. Close to he beach, short bike ride from restaurants and beaches or by car . Great surf holiday house I would definitely recommend it 👌

O espaço é maravilhoso, melhor ainda do que o esperado. Piscina espetacular e não haveria melhor forma de começar o dia que com o pequeno almoço saudável e apelativo aos olhos e paladar. A localização é ótima, perto da praia, restaurantes, etc. Limpeza muito boa. Mais importante que tudo, a Marie e o Fabrice são pessoas muito calorosas e prestaveis. Recomendamos e voltaremos!

We had an excellent stay with Briony and Robyn’s. They were amazing to talk to and gave us lots of history on the place. They welcomed us and made us feel at home. They were extremely accommodating. Breakfast was a real nice touch and a wonderful start to our day! The location was very quiet and peaceful. We would highly recommend this place to everyone

Wir haben die Zeit bei Fabrice und Marie sehr genossen. Beide haben sich aufmerksam auch um unsere kleine Tochter gekümmert und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war perfekt und der Garten hat uns schöne entspannte Tage beschert. Gerne wieder!

The room is clean and comfortable, the house is quiet and everything was great. They served a nice breakfast and allowed us to stay after 11 without any issues. They speak french and a bit of portuguese but few words are needed and the translator is enough if needed. There are two adorable playful dogs, that made no noise whatsoever.

Es war ein fantastischer Aufenthalt. Hayat und Patrick sind sehr nett und äußerst aufmerksam. Alles ist super geschmackvoll gestaltet und das Frühstück ist das beste das wir in Portugal hatten. Absolute Empfehlung....

This bed and breakfast was great! Sara’s spot is right in the middle of obidos. All of the attractions and restaurants are within walking distance from the room. Incredible views from the terrace as well. The room was a little loud since it was right next to the road, but other than that everything was great. Staying here feels like going back in time!

Wat een prachtige, groene en inspirerende plek. Met de liefste en leukste eigenaars uit NL - haha. Maar serieus; ik vond hier alles wat ik zocht. Rust. Strand om de hoek. Bos op loopafstand. Lekker eten én goede koffie op een paar minuten rijden. Ik keer zelden op een plek terug zodra ik er ben geweest, maar voor Katja en Ruud zou ik een uitzondering maken! Bedankt voor alles ❤️
