Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Leipsoi

This is our second time we have stayed here and we will be back to stay again. The accommodation is clean, tastefully decorated, maid service everyday and a great view of Tolendos. We didn't use the kitchen facilities as we ate out, but it is well stoked but basic with twin hob, cooking utensils,fridge and sink etc. Erasmia's husband Mike runs his own taxi so picked us up from the port and took us to our accommodation even though the ferry was at 12.30am. Great service from both. Thank you.

Dimitris and Stella were incredibly nice, they picked us up from the ferry, baked a cake for us and said goodbye again at the ferry and even gave us a little gift. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, everything was very clean, from the terrace you have a nice view, there was always a wind, so you could sleep without air conditioning in the summer at night, it had everything you need and even work on the laptop you could do well in the apartment thanks to the desk. Only the mattress could be replaced, you can feel a few feathers. Otherwise everything is fine and recommended!

I loved staying at Anna's place! It's quiet and peaceful with a beautiful courtyard under the shade of trees. The studio is in walking distance from bakery, restaurants, cafés, supermarket and fruit shop, and it's also not far from the ferry port and the center of Skala. Within a short and lovely walk of 15 minutes, you arrive at Menoi beach, which is located in a beautiful and tranquil bay with wonderful views. Anna and her father were incredibly warm-hearted, hospitable, and helpful. They picked me up from the ferry port at my arrival and also gave me lifts to Skala whenever I needed them. The studio itself has a very pleasant atmosphere, was spotlessly tidy and well-equipped, and has a nice balcony facing the courtyard.

Maria and Nikos were very communicative friendly hosts and the apartment is comfortable, centrally located and it is as it appears on the listing. They make contact well before arrival and provide very clear instructions to locate the property and check in. Thanks Maria and Nikos.

We had a lovely stay here, the friendly hosts really looked after us. Great for young kids - nice safe balcony and patio area.

Raphael's place was a perfect home base for our week-long climbing trip. He was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend!

I had a lovely stay here when on Kalymnos for climbing. The apartment is located in the middle between the upper and lower road in Masouri, so it is sheltered from most of the scooter noise, while still being very close to restaurants and shops. The Trois Ilots climbing sector is also within walking distance. The sun rises just before 9 am, and sets at 8 pm, so you get as much sun as you could want on the large terrace in front of the apartment. From the terrace you have a lovely view of Myrthies, the ocean and Telendos. The owners are very friendly and flexible, and clean the apartment daily. I was working remotely during the stay and the WiFi worked perfectly for video calls and my other work. I hope to stay here next year as well :)

Popi and Antonis were amazing hosts that really treated us like family. They arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport and were super responsive about any questions we had. Popi greeted us with homemade cookies in the apartment and then stopped by often during our stay with more delicious food and treats. At the end of our stay, Popi and the neighbors made sure we were able to make it home - they warned us that ferries to Kos were going to stop running the next day so we had to leave early if we wanted to make our flight, and then helped get us a taxi to the port and tried to make sure we were able to get tickets for the last ferry out. We're so thankful for their hospitality and generosity during our stay. Thanks so much, Popi and Antonis!!

We had a great Easter time at this great Airbnb in Kalymnos! The house was exactly as described on the platform- spotless, brand new, and full of freshness. The furniture and equipment smelled new, giving a sense of luxury and comfort. The mountain view is enchanting, ideal for moments of relaxation. Our host, Mikes, was extra polite, welcoming, and cheerful, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The detail in comfort was incredible-the mattress and pillows extremely comfortable, with different options for every preference. The enclosed private parking in the courtyard was an additional very big advantage. Five stars is few for this experience! I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back in the future!

The house was in a lovely location with great views. Stefanos was extremely helpful and friendly, picked us up from the ferry port, organised hire cars for us and brought us homemade cake and snacks during the week. We messaged him about the fridge not working and by the time we’d got home he’d replaced the entire fridge freezer with a brand new one. Fabulous stay - includes a morning chicken alarm at your window!

This AIRBNB was the highlight of our trip - total magic. We enjoyed the peace and isolation - nestled at the northern tip of the island. The view is surreal! The host Thanasis is a kind soul and communication was effortless.

No matter what I write about my experience, it will be a little bit. The house was impeccable, SPOTLESS, equipped with everything you might need on your vacation. I felt from the first few minutes like I was at home. Mrs. Chrysoula as well as her mother Mrs. Katerina who lived next door, made us feel like family and not like ordinary guests/customers. In Leros I was already 10 days before I stayed at the accommodation, I was already having a fantastic time because it is a great place, but in my last week I will remember it forever and that is what this stay is my fault. Thank you so much for everything, and I'll definitely see you again!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was off the beaten track and incredibly peaceful, with beautiful views. It had everything we needed, and the host was responsive and helpful. Great location - close to both restaurants and mountains, perfect for climbers!

Reminder of a simpler time in paradise. A symphony of goat bells will lull you to sleep through the gentle breeze coming through old Greek lace curtains. The bed and pillows ensure a restful slumber. This old fisherman’s cottage is renovated to perfection by a sympathetic eye. The open courtyard is a chore to leave, sunset views and a great view of the harbour that is reminder that Lipsi is only five-minute walk away, with restaurants and little stores (Anna’s Gift shop- 5*). Our favourite taverna was on the beach at Dilaila’s. Our favourite beach was Kato Koimissi. Yes, you can fit six in this place, three doubles and three bathrooms but we loved it for just two. It is very romantic, even for two 60-year-old Kiwis, it’s the perfect honeymoon spot or for a special occasion. Stavros is a super-efficient manager who values your privacy. I can’t imagine a better location on Lipsi. So very happy I decided on Nikiforos.

Suzana is very kind and accomodative. We checked in at 2 am. She awoke to help us. we request paid late check out and she agreed. The downside is the location is not stroller friendly, but I think that's the case in most Patmos. The location is not very far from the center. You can find bakeries nearby and beach

Great position and hospitality

Suzanna’s place is easy to get to, it’s in the most central town ( Skala) and there are tons of car and scooter rentals all around or bus nearby if you prefer, it’s also close to a supermarket, the beach, and lots of restaurants. Suzanna is friendly and honest, her place is exactly as pictured and super safe, you can leave your door unlocked and not worry. I would definitely stay there again!

My girlfriend and I, hailing from Italy, have had the privilege of being the first ones to stay at Ioannis' place since it aired on Airbnb. It has been an unforgettable experience that we'll surely hold dear forever. I will not indulge into descriptions of the breath-taking view from the balcony/courtyard and the comfort of the apartment: the photos speak for themselves and we got a great value. Let me say that, for someone who has never been to Leros, the position of the apartment is very strategic: beautiful Pandeli is just a few steps down nearby, you are in the center of the island (the best location to explore it with a car or a scooter) and last but not least the apartment is close to some of the very best restaurants of the island, including Dimitris' (arguably the very best) which is just behind the apartment. Yet the most important thing I would like to remark is that Ioannis and his associates have done the very best to support and assist us before the beginning of our stay and in the course of it, aiding us for every necessity, showing us the meaning of the well-renown Greek hospitality, and - I daresay - making us feel somewhat part of the Leros community. We will never forget our stay and chances are that we'll return.

The room is very nice, the bed very comfortable and we had a very beautiful balcony to enjoy breakfast. Was a beautiful stay at Suzanas room and she was very kind. thank you very much.

This airbnb is great. One minute walk from the beach (if that). Spotlessly clean. perfect for a couple. You can do basics for breakfast but not particularly set up for cooking - however given that there are several restaurants nearby there is no need to cook. The hosts own a nearby cafe and we used their deckchairs for one day (and next door). Perfect simple lunch and delicious doughnuts. Highly recommended. We walked up to Higgins bar on the clifftop for sunset drinks one night.

Easy going experience from a Antonio & Paola. Smartly built house with private garden, always sunny. Great hospitality nearby the main chora of Patmos.
