Beautiful family home and welcoming hosts-highly recommend for families! Hosts were so helpful in recommending nearby restaurants, offering tips for the transit system etc. I wish we had spent more time enjoying their home during this trip to visit Amsterdam as the home is a gem-the outdoor spaces are lovely. The movie projector screen and large collection of movies was so fun to use. The home is in an ideal location to use as a home base to access nearby Amsterdam or the even closer and very charming town of Zaanse Schans.

The accommodation is beautifully designed - stylish interior, cozy atmosphere and a huge highlight: the large bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and sauna. Above all, the location is also unbeatable and directly by the forest. Pigs, pheasants and chickens are in adjacent enclosures. Pets are welcome and the hosts are easily accessible. All in all great! We hope to book this accommodation again soon :)

Tulipa was such a gorgeous place to stay. It is beautifully finished and very comfortable. We stayed on a family holiday with three generations and ten total people - and everyone was perfectly accommodated for. The en-suites are high end, the beds are very comfortable and the open space upstairs is lovely. There’s lots of free on-street parking, and it’s a few minutes walk to a bus stop which takes you to a train station. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Karin's stay was great. Everything was neatly clean and as described in the advertisement. The beach is a 30-minute walk away. First through the forest and then through the beautiful dunes. Shops are easy to reach. In short, we enjoyed and I will definitely recommend Karin's accommodation.

Hugo was the perfect host from check in to check out. He was a wealth of knowledge and his property is truly stunning. We cycled from Dunkirk and after 3 days of hard cycling wanted somewhere nice to relax. This place did just that. Hugo was very accommodating and couldn’t do more to help. Thankyou Hugo for being a credit to Airbnb. ( your dog is nice too! )

We found the perfect spot to spend a few days in the Breukelen / Maarssen area. Able to live like a local by biking to shops and touring the area. Nicolette and Remko made our stay so pleasant and were very friendly to help with plans or a quick chat. The space inside was lovely and roomy. Lots of place to relax outside too. Great biking and boating in the area - follow their recommendations. Most welcoming hosts we have met. Thank you for everything.

Great accommodation and great hosts. We had a lot of fun and felt comfortable. The accommodation was accessible by boat and we could go shopping by boat. It was a real adventure. The accommodation and the pool were clean. Everything was fine for us ☀️

Very sweet cottage, in an absolutely quiet location. The garden is well established, so you have privacy and can go there with anxious dogs. Everything was super clean and beautifully decorated. A perfect place for nature lovers, you can even see small parrots and a black swan we have also seen! The check-in was easy and the contact was also very friendly! We will be happy to come back!

Magda and Peter’s place was just as beautiful as promised. It was clean and comfortable, secure and private. Our hosts were helpful and responsive to our needs and requests. The fridge and cupboard was generously stocked on our arrival with enough food so we didn’t need to shop for a day or two. The suite fulfilled all of my husband and my needs for the month we were there. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, small accommodation right on the water. Rik also has chickens, a rabbit and a pig. The children particularly liked this. Since it is a tiny house, it is only suitable for small children/babies to a limited extent (ladders and steps cannot be secured). We had a lovely stay and would be happy to come back

Great Host and great Stay. Easy Kommunikation. We did go sailing with a skipper the host kindly arranged for us, wich was a great experience.

Nico was incredibly friendly and the house was exactly how it looked in the photos. Very easy access to the sprinter train to get to downtown Amsterdam. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Tesse's and Tim's apartment and instantly felt at home! The apartment is located in a quiet area, but is still well connected by bus and tram. A supermarket is within walking distance. The communication with the hosts was very friendly and we received feedback quickly.

A wonderful experience that we will cherish. The accommodations were beautiful. We were very comfortable and the location made everything walkable. It’s a unique experience to stay on a house boat and we loved every minute.

The boat is surprisingly spacious and inviting. You feel the pulse of the city from the life on the canals and the history of the boat as you walk across its 100 year old floors. The bells of the church in the background remind you the hours are passing but seemingly slower as you watch the rippling waves kiss the sides of the boat. It made me realize the canals are the veins and life blood of this city. Jaap was a wonderful host and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience of a life time staying on a houseboat

We had a great time at this place. The apartment was spotless, very clean and well kept. The location is also ideal: public transport is easily accessible to visit Amsterdam. In addition, there are many shops and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient on a daily basis. I highly recommend this listing!

Roger’s place and hospitality made the trip to Amsterdam more enjoyable. The location is superb in a quiet area. Clean, spacious & well equipped. Roger was responsive and helpful. Definitely will consider coming back!

Winnie’s communication was impeccable, she couldn’t have been more welcoming. I went for a surprise birthday trip for my boyfriend, and Winnie could not have done more, the decorations the complimentary Prosecco and she even sorted out a personalised cake for him! The location is great just a short 15 min walk into the centre, or 10 mins by tram. Two supermarkets right around the corner and a lovely cafe serving breakfast lunch and dinner. An information form was left for us about the area and recommendations which we certainly looked at- you must visit the local Windmill brewery!! The place was clean and so cosy, big TV with Netflix and a lovely balcony to take in the evenings atmosphere! The kitchen also has everything you would need and spotlessly displayed. Cannot recommend staying at Winnie’s place enough, we fell in love with Amsterdam after only 1 week. Safe to say we will be back soon and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else apart from Winnie’s🥰

It’s located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, with easy access to everything Amsterdam has to offer. Sharine and Keon were fantastic hosts—very responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. A lovely place to stay while visiting Amsterdam. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, walking path and many trains to get you wherever you need to go. Spacious apartment and very clean - bonus of plug adapters in both bedrooms with USB and USB-C (didn't need to bring one). Well stocked kitchen for those preparing meals in the rental. Overall 10/10, would recommend!
