We had a very nice stay at Julie's apartment. It is right on downtown and all the attractions in Dinan are within walking distance. Also, this is a good home base around the area (st. Malo, Dinard, etc.) You can easily find parking directly on the street. The apartment is nicely decorated, very well equipped and literally has everything you need. We felt very comfortable. Julie is a super host. Although she is not directly on site, she is always easily accessible and quick to respond. We had a problem with the water tank in toilets on the first day. Julie immediately organized a handyman and fixed the issue. Thank you Julie, we will be happy to come back!

This is the most beautiful little apartment. It is so tastefully decorated and has everything one would need for a short stay. Don’t be deceived by the slightly tired appearance of the entrance and very steep steps to reach the 2nd floor. Once stepping into the apartment we were completely bowled over by the finish and attention to detail. The view is just incredible. It was magical to watch the river scenery throughout the different times of day from the 3 living room windows overlooking the river. The dark blinds and sliding bedroom door turned the sleeping space into a quiet, dark and private space. Great for a relaxing lie in. Everything was spotlessly clean & beds and sofas most comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment and Valerie was a perfect host. Thank you so much.

Quality stay in Florence's accommodation. Everything was impeccable. We had everything we needed for our weekend (in the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms), we didn't miss anything! To not spoil anything, the apartment is very well located, everything is within walking distance! The garden is quiet, well wooded, a small quiet and peaceful corner. We are very satisfied with our stay, we will come back for sure! In any case, you can book with your eyes closed!

Very good accommodation located in the historic center of the city of Dinan. The listing is only within walking distance. Several parking lots are located near the accommodation (about 500 meters on foot). The accommodation was clean and bright (main room 32 m2) with a kitchen equipped with 4 m2 and a bathroom of 2 m2. Many restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. The only point to improve is the soundproofing of the accommodation. The accommodation is located next to a flight of stairs, the passage of residents is annoying during the night.

Very close to Dinan, Séverine's accommodation is impeccable with a very beautiful decoration. The park is very quiet and the common room is very pleasant, very well equipped to have a good time (games, aperitif, reading, etc.). The spa is the little extra after a day of walking. I highly recommend this place to relax.

The apartment is as described. Very well located, in a quiet neighborhood, a few minutes' walk from the beach and close to shops. Very responsive exchanges with Nathalie and Pascal. We recommend.

The accommodation is faithful to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

A recommended accommodation 😊 Antoine welcomed us very kindly and showed us everything we needed to know. We felt very comfortable right away The room had a beautiful view of the water and Saint Malo and also included the kitchen. The bed was also the sofa, which was pulled out to sleep. The bathroom was also very nice. A small adjoining room served as a storage room for luggage, etc. The whole accommodation is tastefully decorated and we liked it very much! 👌 We'd love to come back!
