Charmant appartement de 36m2 dans le centre historique de Dinan entièrement rénové. Idéalement situé, vous pourrez profiter pleinement du charme de cette cité médiévale à pied. Notre logement se situe à deux pas de la Place Saint-Sauveur ; le centre historique, la mythique rue du Jerzual et le port sont à quelques pas. La rue est néanmoins très calme malgré son emplacement stratégique. Le petit plus ? Une jolie arrière-cour, aménagée et à l’abri des regards et une place de parking.

"Le Cosy" in the center

Enjoy a refurbished and centrally located studio. The historic center with all its restaurants, bars and breweries and its castle are a 2-min walk away. For parking, you have an underground parking lot also 2 steps away. As for the studio, it is refurbished with a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with washing machine, connected TV. The coffee table is liftable for more ease at mealtime, the sofa is convertible with mattress available.

Very nice apartment arranged by an architect on the second and top floor of a building that was once a prosperous brewery on the port of Dinan. All modern comforts available, TV, WiFi, sitting area, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, Senseo coffee, toaster, microwave etc...). Beds are made, cleaning is included. Many restaurants are nearby, bakery, walking, boat, bike, little train... €10 supplement if pet.

Beautiful Dinannaise townhouse

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house conveys a private and welcoming atmosphere (nice pictures, plants...). We immediately felt comfortable. The exceptionally landscaped garden with its different terraces and plants also contributed to this. The kitchen was well equipped - everything you could ever need - even a supply of coffee capsules and tea bags. Communication with Chloe was straightforward and fast. Everything is within walking distance.

My wife and I just spent 3 nights at Nicolas' place in Dinan. Very comfortable accommodations in a great location, just steps from Dinan's historic centre. Having parking was a big bonus. Communication with Nicolas was excellent especially the photos that he provided on how to get to the apartment and the garage.

Virginie's apartment is a little gem!! A service worthy of a 5-star hotel. High-quality bedding and linens, neat decoration. We feel extremely good there. Even better than the photos. Its large high spaces give the house a certain grandeur. Everything squeaky clean, the necessary modern comfort is all present, beautiful enclosed garden where our dog could play to his heart's content and the area is beautiful. Fantastic view of Dinan just a few walking steps from the house. Friendly owners who live next door but give you the necessary privacy. Recommended!
