Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lee's Summit

It was a wonderful place! We were able to have plenty of space to visit with family while there Trevor was very responsive when we had questions-thank you! We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here over the weekend of my wedding. My venue time of arrival did not provide enough time to get ready. I reached out previously to ensure it was okay to havey make up artist and hair there to get completed. The hosts okayed this which made the wedding day extremely less stressful as it only minutes from our wedding venue! The rooms were great size, plenty of room to get ready and in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

The place was very clean and well stocked with everything we could’ve needed, the location worked very well for us especially when we were headed to/from downtown.

Great property and very convenient to downtown Lee’s Summit. Cecile is a very responsive host, which is always a big plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cozy home!

Our family all met in KC to celebrate Christmas. The house we originally booked 6 months ago had a plumbing issue and we couldn’t stay there. We had to scramble to find a place for 6 people for 3 nights during Christmas and it was 6:00pm. This place saved the day. The owner quickly responded to our reservation request and we were walking in the door 30 minutes later. It was comfortable for 6 of us and we were able to prepare some meals in the kitchen. Everything was clean and we felt safe walking and running in the area. Made for a great Christmas celebration with our family. Definitely recommend.

This was honestly one of my favorite Airbnb's ever and I've stayed in a lot. The home was stylish and clean. The garage with ping pong and basketball provided fun entertainment for the family. I loved having coffee on the front porch in this peaceful neighborhood. And, my favorite part of this space was the location. Who knew downtown Lee's Summit was so cute?! I didn't. We enjoyed many of the local restaurants, boutiques and even went out for ice cream one night. We will be back.

Lloyd’s place was very nice and clean with snacks and toiletries most of us forget 😕 the place was perfect for us 3 great neighborhood with a park walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting KC.

Lovely, clean, and well-stocked place to stay! It was so generous of our host to have a few cold drinks and snacks available, after a long travel day, it made it feel like home. Lots of top-notch little parks nearby to go for a stroll.

This apartment was just a 4 - minute drive from where I had meetings every morning so it was very convenient for me.

My friends and I loved staying here. We had stayed for a week to celebrate a birthday and the place was very cozy and clean. The furnishings were great, and our hosts were very receptive and friendly. They had even gotten a bonfire started in the fire pit for us so we could enjoy their lovely patio in the back yard. The location is safe and walkable, with a restaurant plaza within walking distance full of great options. For the price, location, and all of the amenities, this place is a gem to say at, and Brian and Kari were gracious hosts who made sure we stayed comfortable for the entire stay. Would highly recommend!

This was a wonderful solo retreat location. I loved having both a front and rear balcony to sit on and read and enjoy the beautiful weather. I've been to the area before and knew I wanted to be within walking distance of the downtown and small shops. The local was perfect and the privacy was excellent. Having a front main security door and then a security door to the apartment made everything feel very safe but still easily accessible. There was both a parking lot and on-street parking in immediate proximity to the building on a picturesque street. Amenities were excellent and the host was friendly in any messages needs. Highly recommend a stay here

Ryan & Michelle host a very cozy spot with very beautiful surroundings & scenery. Their hardwork shows in both landscaping & cleanliness throughout the property and house. It was a pleasure to meet them both, very nice people! Would absolutely stay here again. 10/10.

Our stay with Angie was great. She was responsive and helped us get checked in quickly. The bnb was comfortable and minimalistic in a way that my husband and I enjoyed. All amenities listed were present. Bed was comfortable, soft and supportive. Shower was a good size and worked well for my tall 6’ 0” husband. I would definitely stay there again.

overall, I'm very happy with the stay! I was told the shower head got broke during the last person's stay and I was warned that it may or may not be fixed before my arrival, which was fine, I was looking forwards to a bath anyways. To my surprise upon arrival it Was Fixed! so that was awesome! Props to his maintenance team! The bed was SO comfy! Great location, top tier parking, 1st floor living, while I could see my truck outside my window was reassuring and great for lugging my luggage in. Thank you Adam!

Definitely a one of a kind great vibe inside and out! Plus, La Bodega, a tapa spot that has been around for years, sits right across the street and couldn't be a better match for this Airbnb! In addition, it's clear that Jake pays just as much attention to his hosting skills as he does to the details in this unique place. Well worth the stay!

Ratings and reviews were all correct. Our stay was relaxing and comfortable. We were able to speak with our host if anything was needed. I strongly recommend this place if you're ever in town and need a relaxing stay. We look forward to staying at this oasis if ever in town again.

This place was very charming, welcoming and had lots of natural sunlight. It had plenty of space for what we needed it for. It was perfect for a little getaway! The hostess was friendly and communicated in a timely manner. Had no issues at all and would definitely recommend it to others. I hope to stay there again!

It was a good location close to my sister's place and within 25 minutes of Children's Mercy on Broadway. It was a nice place for the 4 of us. My bed in the basement was very comfy.

A tremendous host and a fantastic rental. Kansas City is an underrated American city and this location puts you right in the heart of it all!

This was a great little condo for our work/visit. Comfortable bed. We slept well from the first night. The location is very walkable. Coffee and sandwiches just blocks away!

Everything was as expected and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Safe, easy walk to Westport restaurants & shops. The sculpture park was a nice treat! Stephanie was proactive with communication and the condo was clean & cozy.
