Astrid is a charming woman and we found her place ideal for our post Xmas lunch. The facilities eg swimming pool, pool table etc were very popular. Would definitely come again.

Our stay was amazing, very relaxing and wished we had kept the extra night when we originally booked earlier in the year. We know for next time :) Amazing views from upstairs living from the dunes, the stars, the ocean with a little private island and the breathtaking Sunsets. My children loved the swimming pool :) thanks for letting us stay in this beautiful beachfront home :)

We stayed with Kelly while visiting family in Perth and the place was amazing, the moment you arrive you are blown away with the amazing view but also the home itself was beautiful and had everything you need. We can’t wait to come back again thank you for making our time in Perth one to remember!

We had a great stay. The house and grounds were great for family. The area is quiet and there is plenty of space for kids to explore and enjoy. Will definitely keep in mind for another family get together.

We had an excellent stay! The house was beautifully maintained, and offered stunning views, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The space was cosy and well-equipped, though it would have been even more comfortable with a room heater or warmer during the colder nights. We didn’t use the pool much because of the winter chill, but it looked lovely for warmer seasons. The WiFi was a bit slow at times, but Netflix streamed well, so we still enjoyed our evenings in. We also loved the two adorable dogs on the property, they were respectful of our space and didn’t disturb us at all. Thank you for a lovely experience, highly recommended!

We had a comfortable stay at La Mer Vacation house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and the property itself is kind of a retreat in itself. The pool area outside is great for relaxing with conversations and coffee. There are enough rooms for the 6 of us and all slept on proper beds, not sofa bed. It is quite close to Quinns beach and driving to the city and other attractions only takes 30 mins to 1 hour. Ron, our host, is very responsive and considerate. He even prepared a complimentary gift basket for us and allowed us a late check out too. Thank you Ron.

The house and location is amazing for a getaway, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying again, Amy is a great host and her responses are always fast and really helpful! The best part is pets are allowed and our dog absolutely loved it, he settled in so fast and with a gated location at the back we never had to worry about him escaping! Definitely recommend this stay!

Loved our stay at Shannon's place easy walk to river and shops. Great location. Nice clean home. Shannon was very responsive and a great host. Nice touches with the wine and boogie boards, golf clubs, kayaks etc. Would definitely recommend staying at Shannon's place.

Very comfortable stay , stayed for 60 days with my family, great communication on behalf of host , house was very inviting and well set up to suit our needs , this place is in a very quite respectful area, I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a family .

The house is in a great location with ocean views from the fabulous balcony. It was clean and comfortable for our large group with a thoughtfully stocked kitchen, nice furnishings and a spacious backyard. We had a relaxing holiday in this lovely home, we will be back.

Michael and Bood's holiday home is simply the best! They were beautiful, warm and friendly hosts who made our stay amazing. Unbeatable ocean views from there, we felt like we were home. They ensure their guests feel very welcome by ensuring all the little details were well thought out such as having extra blankets, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a welcome package. This is the best serene peaceful holiday stay that we highly recommend to everyone! We look forward to visiting again in future!

The space was perfect. Immediately felt at home. Lots of space, beds and rooms. Has that beach holiday kind of vibe and even games and things for everyone. The amenities were spot on and the place had everything you could need to cook and create any kind of meal. You can fully settle in here and relax. Be sure to load up with groceries at yanchep. This is one of the cleanest airbnb we stayed. Is extra clean, not even a single hair was found 😂 The moment we open the door the scent makes me feel’s like home. I love how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was, but also easy to get whatever you need. I love how generous Rikki was because her kitchen has everything you need, just like home. They provide literally everything. How I wish my whole trip to stay at this beautiful house. Highly recommended for anyone coming to this area or finding a quiet holiday. The beaches were beautiful.

We had a fantastic stay at this house in Ledge Point! The place was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of ten, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and close to some great 4WD tracks, which made it perfect for outdoor adventures. The house was very clean and well-maintained, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a beach getaway with a bit of fun on the side!

Only problem we had with Naomi's place was, we had to leave, i could of stayed the week. We found absolute peace over our 2 night stay and just 50mins outside Perth city. Naomi and Sean we perfect hosts 👍 Night time walks with the dogs, talking to the horses, Blazing fire looking over the river and a sneaky bath by the waterfront. Thank you for creating something so bliss. We'll be back soon ❤️
