Holiday rentals with beach access in Ledge Point

The Haven was a lovely home with all the amenities that you would need. Bed linen was clean and house was generally clean. Location is outstanding, loved waking up to the sound of the Ocean. The welcome file was a nice touch and very informative, also the welcome hamper that had coffee, tea and some biscuits was amazing, kids polished off the biscuits :) I would recommend The Haven and will stay there again if they will have us.

Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location with amazing views of Mindarie Marina. Spotlessly clean and well equipped, very comfortable bed, felt like a home from home. Very responsive hosts with good communication.

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

Dave was awesome from the beginning, we had car issues on the way and he was flexible with the check in and offering assistance if required. When we arrived he met us and gave us a tour of the building as well as advice of local eateries. The place was beautiful and surpassed all expectations. Dave sent across details of restaurants and beaches to visit which was super helpful. A lot of hosts forget that their attitude towards guests is just as important as the accommodation. However, Dave has this dialled, cannot fault him or the apartment at all. Cheers Dave

I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful oceanfront Airbnb. The location is absolutely stunning — just steps from the water, with peaceful views and the soothing sound of waves as the perfect backdrop to a relaxing getaway. The space was spotless and cozy. Waking up to the ocean breeze and enjoying coffee on the deck was a daily highlight. Our host was fantastic — incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive without being intrusive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. If you’re looking for a tranquil escape by the sea with a gracious host and easy stay, this is the place. I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful beach house style home very welcoming and modern. One of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed in! Hosts very friendly and helpful. Easy to park. Super comfortable bed and soft bed linen high quality and soft towels. Everything you need and close to burns beach area walking distance or short drive. Highly recommended!

Our stay here was great from 1st day. Ron was so helpful. He gave us the use of another pool while pump was being fixed in our pool. He showed us around his other properties as we will be regularly to Australia as our daughter lives there, we will be wanting accommodation yearly. Top property and top host. Thanks Ron 😊

We stayed with Kelly while visiting family in Perth and the place was amazing, the moment you arrive you are blown away with the amazing view but also the home itself was beautiful and had everything you need. We can’t wait to come back again thank you for making our time in Perth one to remember!

Ted's Rest was a step back to the 70's (era we were born!). Love those furnishings, lino, crockery, bathroom colours & tiles! It was a very comfortable place to stay; excellent beds & plenty of windows to open & let the sea breeze in. Although it is dated it is a very clean place to stay in. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony & watching the world go by or walking down to the nearby beach (so close) with our dogs. Everything was within walking distance. There are no curtains on the windows (except for a couple of roller shutters at the front); just scrims. Eye patches are good if you don't want to be awake at the crack of dawn!

This was our second stay in this beautiful home and it didn’t disappoint. Kim is great to deal with and had the house ready well before check-in time, even leaving wine and goodies for our arrival which was a lovely touch and hugely appreciated. The house is immaculate and has everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay. Thanks to Kim and the team for another lovely stay - we’ll be back again next year :)

Susan’s place was everything like it was advertised to be! Very clean and tidy with plenty of tea/coffee and kitchen amenities. The space was both aesthetic and spacious for us and our family. The yard space and games/toys for kids was great and loved that it’s pet friendly so we could bring our dog! The communication and kindness from Susan from the moment we booked into the moment we checked out was great 10/10 would recommend staying here if you’re looking to book a trip to Lancelin! We will definitely be staying here again 😊

Spotless, amazing views, very well equipped, and perfect for family groups with small kids I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing, easy, lowkey stay. We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Lancelin The location was perfect, close to the beach and the shops. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.
