Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lecce

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! We voelden ons meteen thuis bij Nieves en haar familie en de lieve honden en kat. De villa is prachtig gelegen in een mooie omgeving. Het huis is heel mooi, schoon, sfeervol en van alles voorzien. De locatie is perfect om de omgeving te verkennen. Nieves is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en reageert zeer snel op vragen. Bedankt voor je gastvrijheid en het geweldige verblijf!

es wurde ja schon viel geschrieben zu Giulianas Apartment. Deswegen möchte ich nur ein paar Dinge ergänzen, die evtl. bei der Entscheidung helfen können, ob dies das richtige Apartment ist. Ganz grundsätzlich ist es ein schönes Apartment, besonders der Außenbereich mit Pool und Bäumen ist wunderbar. Auch die Kommunikation mit Giuliana war hervorragend. Dinge, die beachtet werden sollten: - Das Apartment ist relativ schattig, im Sommer ein Vorteil, im Oktober eher zu dunkel, da auch die Terrasse im Schatten liegt. - Für zwei Personen ist das Apartment optimal, vier Personen sind eher ungünstig. Die Gästecouch mag für Kinder in Ordnung sein, für Erwachsene und für mehrere Tage nicht zu empfehlen, vor allem weil die Couch ein Durchgangszimmer ist. - Schade ist auch, dass es innerhalb des Apartments nur einen Bistrotisch gibt und keinen normalen, das ist der Größe des Apartments geschuldet und funktioniert auch für 4 Personen. Richtig gemütlich ist es allerdings nicht.

Great communication, very nice quiet location, close to amazing beaches and historical cities, it's a pearl of Puglia, you can go to Marina Di Pescoluse and enjoy amazing beach and you can go swim in both Adriatic and Ionian seas, if you drive a little to west of Italy you can enjoy Tyrrhenian sea as well! You will be very happy with place, it's amenities like jacuzzi and amazing swimming pool with inflatable toys, nice gazebo with chairs and great Bluetooth Sony speaker, bikes to ride around and explore the local area, great kitchen, big fridge, nice living room with HD TV, sparkling washroom, great bedrooms and amazing garden surrounding all this beauty! Our son loved to play with cats that were rescued and quietly live in the garden. this place is so cool that both of us me and my spouse thought about one thing the first evening while enjoying the jacuzzi after supper - would be great to buy this place and come and live here.. you remember how to dream again here, find peace and joy

très bon séjour chez Cosimo. nous avons été très bien reçu par ses parents qui ont été très réactifs à nos demandes gîte très agréable avec sa belle tonnelle. nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. merci pour votre accueil. Nicole

Wir haben dort zwei Nächte verbracht und die Unterkunft hatte alles was man dafür braucht. Silvio und Anna sind fantastische Gastgeber und nehmen sich vorab und auch zum Check-In/Check-Out sehr viel Zeit um Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants zu geben (Haben wir in dieser Ausprägung und Herzlichkeit noch nicht erlebt) Die historische Innenstadt von Lecce ist in ca. 12 Gehminuten erreichbar. Top Parkplatz. Sehr zu empfehlen!

nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ersilia, la maison est très cosy et le jardin très bien entretenu. la piscine est un vrai avantage et nous avons pu manger sur la terrasse tous les jours. Ersilia et son mari sont tres gentils et disponibles.

What a lovely tucked away little place this is. The appartment is designed with taste, respect for history, all the comfort you could wish for. Kitchen very complete. A lovely flowered terrace to have your morning tea or breakfast. No wifi (yet?), but we did not miss it a bit. (On the nearby Piazza Salandra you can find free wifi). In the heart of the historic centre, with shops, cafes, restaurants, a central supermarket, everything one might think of nearby, just 2 minutes. Yet it is very quiet and secluded. Nardò itself is very elegant and pleasant. We would love to come again to this little place of Andrea and Maria. Thank you very much. Tot ziens!

What a great find! Located in Lecce’s old city but tucked away so it feels peaceful. Walkable to lots of restaurants, and many beautiful baroque sites. The apartment is huge. The bed is very comfortable - we slept so well! Nice and clean crib for our 10 month old. Super shower. Really nice to have a washer and dryer which has been rare in Italy. Daniel also was super responsive and made some great recommendations. Would love to return! Highly recommend!

This place is unique and on a beautiful property. A little bit hard to find but it is nice and spacious. We arrived late in the evening and still had to check out at 10:00 am the following morning unfortunately so we didn’t really get to enjoy much of the place.

This is the kind of place that I wish would stay secret because it is so perfect. The appartment is on a high floor of a beautiful building overlooking the water, with gorgeous sea views from the windows. The amenities were as described. The beds are comfortable and I'll be dreaming of the master bedroom with that view on the sea. Walking down to the sea at the base of the building takes you to a gorgeous cliffside bay and there are sun chairs to lay out with a parasol. Access into the water wasn't as easy as I expected, but we were also there at a time of year where the sea was still cool and there were waves big enough to make us second guess swimming there. The village was quite quiet as we were off season, with many storefronts and restaurants still shut down. We enjoyed the quiet and made use of our rented car to explore surrounding villages. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a serene, well located, quiet getaway with a wonderful host.

Très bon accueil de Marina et très gentil. Très pratique sa machine à laver et en plus avec les pastilles à disposition. Logement très propre et bonne literie. Bonne continuation

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het prachtige appartement. Vooral op het dakterras was het heerlijk verblijven in de ochtend met ontbijt en koffie, en in de avond met een heerlijk wijntje. Uitzicht was prachtig. Verder heeft het appartement goede bedden en prima badkamers. Het appartement ligt midden in het centrum dus veel restaurantjes en de haven op loopafstand. Een aanrader!

Great place to stay to use as home base. Quiet little town but 15 minutes or so in any direction and there is a fabulous caffé, beach, restaurant etc. The courtyard is fabulous. The kitchen well equipped. Great water pressure in the shower. Very responsive host. Description matches the listing.

Tucked in a quiet little cobblestone alley, this apartment is located in the historic district of Lecce. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and the beds are the most comfortable we have had during our stay in Puglia! The kitchen is equipped for cooking simple meals and the terrace provides a peaceful and relaxing retreat. We recommend this apartment for everyone who doesn’t have a mobility issue as the stairs going up to the living room and second room/terrace are steep. We had a great time in Lecce! We had a wonderful stay here in Gallipoli this is a beautiful apartment with great upstairs outdoor space. Extremely well kitted out with everything you could need plus beach towels. Aurora was excellent and provided us with great suggested trips etc I would highly recommend!

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war perfekt: ruhig, aber trotzdem gut angebunden. Besonders gefallen hat mir der Aussenbereich mit Pool. Bea war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

Séjour les pieds dans l’eau. Si vous aimez dormir avec le bruit des vagues, allez vous baigner le matin à 2 pas et revenir prendre le petit déjeuner sur une super terrasse avec vue sur la mer… c’est le bon endroit. Proche de Gallipoli (en voiture) et pas loin de Lecce non plus. Mi-mai, c’est un peu mort, bien sûr, mais cela nous a tout à fait convenu et nous n’avons eu aucun problème pour trouver des restos et des magasins d’alimentation. La maison de Francesco est non seulement charmante, mais très pratique. Tout est bien pensé. Nous n’avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer Francesco, mais il a répondu très rapidement à nos nombreux messages 😉

Très bien située pour visiter tous sites du sud des Pouilles à la journée, cette maison est magnifique avec un grand espace extérieur. Les espaces intérieurs sont grands et beaux, la cuisine très agréable ainsi que la piscine. La piscine est un peu loin de la maison et il y a un bâtiment en construction dans le jardin ce qui gâche un peu la vue c’est dommage. Mais l’ensemble est tout de même très agréable !

Stefanias Haus Nicht an einer naturgeschützten Küste, umgeben von einem riesigen Garten mit wunderschönen Pflanzen, von die man von überall das Meer sieht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt ins Stefanias Haus und haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Für Menschen, die die Natur lieben, ist dieser Ort ein absolutes Paradies und Stefania ist eine Uneingeschränkt hervorragende Gastgeberin, die zu jederzeit alles tut, damit sich ihre Gäste wohl fühlen. Da wir unseren Hund Anton dabei hatten, war der große Garten auch für ihn ein perfekter Ort. Von dem Gelände aus kann man wunderbare Spaziergänge über kleine Feldwege auch bis hinunter zum Meer machen. Die Küste in dieser Region ist atemberaubend schön mit vielen kleinen buchten und herrlichen Wandermöglichkeiten. Wir können Stefania und ihren paradiesischen Garten uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ebenso ist das Haus für einen Aufenthalt mitten in der Natur absolut perfekt. Vielen Dank, Stefania für die schönen Tage! Chaya,Toni und Andreas

Wonderful hosts very warm and friendly . Antonio and Claudio are a delight. Very comfortable house with magnificent gardens and great swimming pool. Any easy 20min drive to gorgeous Lecce and close by to lots of other parts of Salento. A magical oasis in which to relax between adventures! Handy restaurant next door at the Agritourismo.

Könnte ich 10 Sterne vergeben hätten Paolo als Gastgeber und das Haus auch diese verdient! Paolo ist schon bei der Vorbereitung der Reise proaktiv, immer super freundlich und macht große Lust auf den Aufenthalt. Auch während des Aufenthalts hat er sich immer erkundigt ob uns auch an nichts fehlt. Mr. Gino hat uns vor Ort begrüßt und immer nach dem Rechten gesehen. Das Haus, der unglaubliche Garten und der Pool waren noch schöner als auf den Bildern - und diese sind schon gropßartig. Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Salento und wollten viele Ausflüge machen ( Paolo hat super Tipps und Restaurant Empfehlungen! ). Aber da wird das Haus so schön fanden und uns nicht trennen konnten haben wir auf den ein oder anderen Ausflug verzichtet. Dieser Ort ist zu 100% eine Empfehlung.

Carlos kleines Haus ist ein absolutes Schmuckstück für einen ruhigen und romantischen Aufenthalt im Süden von Italien. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum, der Sonnenuntergang jeden Abend fantastisch. Das Haus ist renoviert und modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Carlo selber ist sehr fürsorglich und nimmt bei Sprachbarrieren einen Freund zum übersetzen mit. 6 Sterne 😍

A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).
