Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lecce

How refreshing to have the owner personally greet you and escort you into their apartment. Pride of ownership was evident and their sharing their painstaking restoration of this historical property made our stay so much more significant and meaningful. The detail, the amenities and furnishings were truly well thought out as if the apartment was their residence. Location was perfect within a short walk to all the sites, restaurants and nightlife that Lecce has to offer. It’s truly a unique opportunity to share and experience a part of history staying here. No detail was overlooked and this made for a most memorable experience.

Logement très propre et agréable, comme sur les photos, et super spacieux pour deux personnes. Maria a été hyper réactive et fait attention à ce que ses convives se sentent bien. Très bien placé pour accéder à Lecce (~15min en voiture), et au reste des Pouilles. Facile de se garer devant la maison. La terrasse devant les pins fait plaisir, seul bémol était à l’ombre, mais restait très agréable. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés !

Très bien situé dans le centre historique, le logement est magnifiquement décoré et bien équipé. La terrasse supérieure est un superbe endroit. Alessandra est très réactive et propose de nombreux conseils. Je vous recommande ce logement !

Très bon emplacement, on peut se déplacer à pied. La maison est au calme. Gianluca est très gentil et accueillant. Il nous a permis de rester un peu plus longtemps, nous avions un train à prendre en début d'après-midi.

We loved staying at Casa Della Controra! We were six friends from different parts of the world staying in Puglia together for few days. After we did the reservation we realized there was only one bathroom but actually it was not an issue for us as we are all good friends, very flexible, accommodating and considerate. The communication with Elena was superb as she was always responsive to any questions we had. Grazie Elena!

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen! Nido del Salento hat uns mit seiner liebevollen Einrichtung, der Sauberkeit und der ruhigen Lage begeistert. Besonders schön war der liebevoll vorbereitete Willkommenskorb – mit ausreichend Leckereien für das erste Abendessen und ein gemütliches Frühstück: inklusive einer Karaffe köstlichen regionalen Weins, hausgemachter Marmelade und Tomatensoße. Man fühlt sich sofort heimisch und wohl – nicht wie ein fremder Gast, sondern wie bei Freunden. Elma und Vincenzo sind wunderbare Gastgeber – herzlich, aufmerksam und gleichzeitig sehr respektvoll. Trotz aller Herzlichkeit wurde unsere Privatsphäre jederzeit gewahrt. Man hatte das Gefühl, das gesamte Anwesen ganz für sich allein zu haben – perfekt, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Eine wunderbare Basis, um Salento zu erkunden. Jederzeit wieder!

Alberto & Felipo were wonderful and very helpful hosts on our stay in Lecce. They spent a lot of time helping us get oriented upon our arrival; gracious, good-natured and very responsive during our stay. Clean, well-kept, and in a great location near San Mateo Church, we would stay there again. The roof, with hot tub, is actually nicer and bigger than the photos allow. My family was very happy staying there. Grazie!

siamo stati accolti da Francesco al check in. Siamo arrivati con 3 ore di ritardo rispetto al previsto e non c’è stato nessun problema per il check in. Francesco ci ha anche permesso di usare il garage per parcheggiare l’auto visto che un altro ospite aveva disdetto. Casa gigante, come da foto. Per niente rumorosa la zona, buona qualità degli infissi e dell’’arredamento. L’aria condizionata funziona bene e non eè vero che non si può usare (come scritto in altre recensioni che avevo letto io prima di prenotare). Francesco è super attento. Ci ha fornito anche una seconda copia delle chiavi e quando si è rotto l’asciugacapelli ce ne ha fornito subito uno nuovo. Appartamento non lontano dal centro storico, comodo per chi è in macchina e vuole stare vicino al centro.

I couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay. A large, light and airy apartment in a peaceful yet convenient location - about 100m from Porta Rudiae. If you like to stay in places that are full of character, yet have all the facilities you need to make your stay a good experience, then Lucia's place is for you. The bed was very comfortable, there was always hot water and excellent water pressure from the shower, and the kitchen was well-equipped. There is also air-conditioning in the main bedroom and living room as well as televisions - although I didn't use either of these facilities. My flight was delayed getting there, but Lucia was at the apartment to greet me near midnight, and got her father picked me up from the bus station , which was very welcome. Lucia was excellent at keeping me informed of some public works going on in the surrounding neighbourhood, but this did not impact on my stay. I would highly recommend Lucia's place for a great time in Lecce.

Es war wirklich perfekt. Das Appartement sieht genauso aus wie auf dem Fotos, einfach ein Traum. Luciano war ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber der uns mit zahlreichen Tipps versorgt hat und stets erreichbar war. Wir würden jederzeit wieder sein Appartement buchen und empfehlen es uneingeschränkt weiter. Einige plus Punkte: -Sehr hohe Räume für ein einzigartiges Raumklima -Klimaanlage -Badezimmer mit Fenster zum Lüften -Sehr hell -Super Lage - zentral und dennoch ruhig -Sehr sauber - gratis Parkplätze in den umliegenden Gassen - Innen wie neu -Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Gasherd, großer Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien …alles da was man braucht! We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Fijn appartement met een mooi terras! Wel een auto nodig om de omgeving te verkennen.

Le studio proposé par Marco a de très nombreuses qualités: il est très bien situé pour visiter Lecce, la terasse est un enchantement pour prendre le petit déjeuner et déguster une foccacia avec un verre de vin à l'heure de l'apéritif. Comme précisé sur l'annonce, sa situation en hauteur demande de ne pas avoir de difficultés pour monter les escaliers. C'est vraiment une excellente adresse.

Maria was kind, professional and sweet. She was responsive and gave me tips on what to do and where to go. The place was clean and I felt safe. It was a great stay and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to stay in PC. Lovely hosts and a great place for a solo female traveler.

Die Wohnung ist direkt nahe der Innenstadt und des Parks gelegen. Der Check-In war einfach, flexibel und schnell. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es gab alles was man benötigt. Auch wenn wir nur eine Nacht dort waren, werden wir gerne wiederkommen.

Palazzo signorile in centro paese, sapientemente ristrutturato con gusto e con un fascino retrò. Poche camere, ma tutte curate, arredate con gusto e ricercatezza di dettagli. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato per visitare il Salento con tranquillità ed essere coccolati.

What an incredible stay! Mari was absolutely the best host! She went over and above in taking care of us and I really cannot say enough nice things about her. My husband and I are vegan and she went out of her way to provide us with vegan options for breakfast. It was unexpected and very much appreciated. Her apartment is in the perfect location, just across the bridge from the historic center so you can easily walk there in a few minutes and don’t have to deal with the restrictions of parking in a ZTL zone. We found free parking on the street right around the corner from the apartment and left are car parked there for 2 days. The view from the rooftop terrace looking back to the historic center and port is absolutely stunning! There is plenty of comfortable seating on the terrace, and we enjoyed it so much that we spent the entire second day there. Mari made us feel completely at home. We would definitely return to Gallipoli and wouldn’t hesitate to stay with Mari again!

We loved our stay here. The appartment is very well located, next to many monuments and a small walk from the rest. It’s clean, the beds are very confortable, quiet and has a lovely view of the castle. Breakfast was good too. Simone, the person in charge of the appartment, is very welcoming, nice and polite. It was only one night but we truly felt at home here. 100% recommended to stay here

Amazing hosts, great breakfast on the patio, very friendly dog, free parking in front on the street, and about 10-15 minutes to historic center. Perfect place to stay in Lecce, especially if you have a car.

Luca is very welcoming. The house is beautiful, full of small corners and little things to discover. Every object around you has an intresting story. We only stayed one night but we felt immediately at home. Luca gave a lot of things to do in the neighborhood and they where spont on, thank you for that. I highly recomment the place

I stayed at Mariacristina’s place for three months and had a wonderful experience. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and always made sure the space was spotless. The location is perfect within walking distance to both the train station and the historic center, which made getting around super easy.
