Jason was great and very responsive and helpful. The neighbor was quiet and the 1920’s craftsman is very cute. I enjoyed the fenced in backyard.

We had an excellent experience staying at your home. The rooms were well-decorated and everything was beautifully organized. The rooms and living areas are spacious and the Spanish bathroom with jacuzzi was a cherry on the top. We enjoyed spending time on the front patio and back deck which had several chairs and sofa for seating and just relaxing. The surrounding areas are very peaceful and amazing. We relished every moment during our stay in this house.

Such a great host, beautiful home and even shipped our items back we forgot. Could not be happier.

We stayed at the Flat for an event that took place a few blocks away. It was extremely convenient to be close to town, and the walk over to the main street is filled with shops & restaurants. Lindsay is a fantastic host and provided snacks, plenty of coffee pods, bottled water, and even a couple of coffee creamer options. She thought of everything! The first day the shower head broke, and Lindsay had a friendly plumber over to fix it extremely quickly. The decor is modern and super cute, the beds are comfy, with soft fluffy pillows, and the split ACs allow everyone to control their own room climate. Overall, a fantastic Airbnb experience. Julie’s place is amazing!!! Better than expected. College friend reunion. We really enjoyed the pool and the yoga studio and outdoor area. Julie is a delight!

I LOVED Shannon's place so much that it was hard to pull myself away when we had to leave. It was so comfortable, airy, comfortable, clean, peaceful and basically, perfect. I really really enjoyed my time at Shannon's little oasis. It was a reminder of all the things I love about Southern California indoor / outdoor living - outdoor shower and dining table outside, fire pit, hammock, etc. Honestly, best Airbnb I have stayed in in ages! HIGHLY recommend.

This Airnbn was absolutely fantastic! Chavonne and Don were amazing hosts. It was treat to meet them in person, too. We've never been in such a well stocked Airbnb. The place was spotless and we felt right at home. We're so glad we found Chavonne and Don because we have family in the area and now we have a perfect place to stay when we visit.

I booked this listing for a getaway stay with my family and I. We wanted lots of greenery and great activities nearby. This listing had all we were seeking. A beautiful view, lots of greenery and hiking trails close by. Additionally, the location is quiet and peaceful with kind neighbors. Waking up in the master bedroom with the beautiful view was just breathtaking. Also, we were able to grill some steak on the grill that they provide. We found out that their gas tank was empty, so we refilled it for them and they kindly reimbursed us the amount. The hosts are easy to reach when questions arise and are hospitable, always asking us how they can improve our stay. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking forward to staying at this listing.

The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

Great spot! Really cozy and well appointed for its size. Cute back yard. Hosts are really communicative. Summerland is sleepy but that's what we like about it. Would definitely come back.

We had a great time at Landon & Evie’s place in Ventura! We stayed one night and hope to stay longer next time! Apartment was very nice and as described! Great location and walking distance to Main Street , restaurants , coffee , bars and beach! Place was clean, spacious and very comfortable! Apartment building was very quiet and peaceful! Landon & Evie were friendly, accommodating , welcoming and had great communication! We love Ventura and are exited to find a great place to stay when we are visiting! I cannot say enough positive things about our stay in Watermark B in Carpinteria. It was clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and the center of town. Carpinteria is active without being loud, and these accommodations were the perfect spot to take in Carpinteria. Pro-tip: there are boogie boards, beach chairs and toys in the laundry area.

My high school friends and I were celebrating our 6o-th birthdays. Spencer's beachfront condo was the perfect spot for this wonderful weekend. Everything was new and spotless. All of the rooms were beautifully decorated and well supplied. The location is steps from the beach and also just a block from Linden street. We spent day shopping and enjoying the different restaurants and the second day soaking up the sun. It was perfect to have the filtered water in the kitchen tap, new appliances and t.v.'s in each room. All of us loved the quality of the beds. Highly recommend!!

We had a perfect romantic weekend in Santa Barbara, and this place made it truly special. The space was beautifully decorated with great style—spacious, full of natural light, cozy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, from thoughtful amenities to a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to East Beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Our host, Jane, was fantastic—responsive, kind, and full of helpful suggestions for local restaurants. She made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We had a great two-week stay at Rob and Deb's place in Carpinteria. We were 1.5 blocks from the beach and could walk there easily. They have beach chairs and toys for people to use. We loved using the chairs. We ate in most of the time and had what we needed to prepare meals. Basic supplies were available, like soap, paper towels and hangers. I worked remotely at the high kitchen table, and it was a great work station. We loved the ability to walk to everything in Carpinteria and we hope to stay there again. The laundry was accessible and available and I also loved the saltwater pool. Rob was super responsive when we had questions.

My family had a wonderful Spring Break at Coleen's place. The location can't be beat, just steps from the beach and walkable to local restaurants. The home was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for our family. The neighbors were also very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to all.

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

This is a wonderful property close to the beach and within walking distance of all local shops. The property had high quality furnishings including lovely shower products, high quality appliances and a super comfy bed. We had a lovely host and I will definitely return to this property.

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!
