Great location! We were able to checkin early, as the house was clean/available prior to checkin. I had a mixup about my checkout time and Fritz was very understanding and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was the perfect place to stay for a week-long visit to the Independence area: It was well furnished, cozy, and not too far from everywhere we wanted to go.

We stayed at Kari’s place for 3 days and everything was just as she said. We were also experiencing tornados in the area and she was quick to let us know the basement was available! Her place was super clean and very comfortable. The beds were amazing clean and comfortable. The appliances were amazing. Worked very well. I would stay here again if needed!

Very unique property. Great location. Although not walkable, a short drive and we were visiting the areas we had on our itinerary.The property was very unique, great attention was given to every detail. Robbin was very responsive and easy to get in touch with.

Lovely place in a lovely neighborhood. The house is very spacious and the home is equipped with everything you need if you’re up to cooking your own meals. There’s shopping only a short drive away and easy to get to the highways from this location. Melissa was very prompt on response time and helpful in every way. The backyard was well kept and it has a nice covered patio and surrounded by plants and flowers that put off a very pleasant smell. We would definitely stay here again it’s a great place for a family.

Our stay was great! The house is in a great location and was easy to get in and out of. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for our needs. If I had one wish, it would have been more space in the bathrooms. There was hardly any counter space or storage. Other than that- a great place!

We had a great stay! If we decide to go back to a Royals game, we'll absolutely stay again. It was very clean and private. 5 minute walk to Kauffman Stadium. Everything was great!

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. We loved this house! It was the perfect weekend getaway for our crew. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It provided ample space and had all the details you could want, plus more. We hope to be back!

Concierge was very polite and helpful. Parking was very quick with easy access to the key fobs and elevator. The apartment was clean, cute and comfortable. Communication was top notch!

Our stay here was beyond excellent. John and Cora are so personable, helpful, friendly and accommodating that we can’t recommend this property and these hosts enough. We had two nights booked but found out a few days before our check-in that we needed to be in KC a day early. Cora and John allowed us to book that extra, earlier day and helped us with getting in and answered all our questions. The pool looked so inviting but we didn’t have a chance to swim this time. The location is a little piece of paradise. It was so quiet and private but close to everything. We loved the size of the casa as it felt safe and cozy, with all the needed amenities. Loved the washer and dryer so we could get a jump on laundry, as well as the full kitchen. The shower was great and water was hot. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in and so restful. The casa was clean and the towels were so fluffy and absorbent, no raggedy cast-offs here! The house was well stocked with all items. A+ Thank u

The home was a lovely spot for the first reunion of my 3 children and their families, and we had a delightful stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The "movie room" is cozy. The bedrooms are all comfortable, and the master suite is rock-star ready. It only needs a new grill and a pool scoop. Enjoy your stay!

The house was cozy & comfortable, just enough room for us, nice furniture, clean bedding, plenty of pillows & blankets, private backyard, we felt safe, especially at night which was very comforting!! Very nice neighborhood, nice TV & surround sound! The pool was great, the showers were nice, easy to get to, Lee's Summit has just about everything you need so we never had to go far! Easy check in & out! Would recommend & we will probably be back in the future!

My family and I had an amazing time at this house and location. Peaceful neighborhood with tons of squirrels and birds which we all love to watch. My toddler loved to pick the wildflowers and roam the yard and neighborhood on nice days. The location was perfect as it was relatively close to wonderscope, Deanna rose farmstead and other attractions that was recommended by the host. The host was very responsive and the check in and check out instructions were clear and reasonable. I would stay here again when I come to visit family.

Awesome place perfect for our family visit to see our niece graduate. Right near major dining and grocery stores so that was a plus ! Great amenities within the home especially having laundry available for our little ones. Would stay again.

Fun home in an elegant neighborhood that was a terrific gathering space for family attending a graduation. Lots of great gathering spaces within the house. We especially enjoyed the lighted deck and screened in porch.
