Apartment holiday rentals in Leamington

We were in town for a Jack White concert and the property is fairly close to the Masonic Temple and was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and the unit was clean and cozy.

The room is very clean and neat. The landlord is very friendly while I communicated with her. The environment around the house is safe. It is a good choice for people who want to stay a night around Detroit.

Alejandro’s place is great. It was very close to downtown, a quick Uber ride. Very clean and organized. The bed was super comfortable. Lots of kitchen items to use. It’s a walkable area but most places are around a mile away if you’re walking. I’d definitely stay again.

Great stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing & the communication / correspondence was thorough & prompt. A fellow artist & myself were staying in town for the week to paint murals at a new & restaurant opening up & it was exactly what we needed. An oasis of rest & relaxation! Highly recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in the area.

Nice central location with easy street parking. A quick walk to DIA; we drove everywhere else. Space was bigger than we expected from the photos. Great kitchen!

She is very responsive, her home is squeaky clean it looks just like the pictures. It's a very quiet and peaceful neiborhood, I promise if you book her home you will not be disappointed. I had a wonderful stay at Joeleo’s place! The apartment was clean and the location was peaceful for studying and leisure. I am a student and the atmosphere made studying easier. The condo was near our family in Livonia and was perfect, had enough room for two teenagers, everyone had their privacy, full kitchen and other amenities which made our stay convenient, great location, new appliances, etc., would stay at Northville Township Condo the next time we are in Michigan. From the moment I booked to after I checked out Joesph was phenomenal. I felt at home and anything I needed he was available. From the snakes to the home feel, I enjoyed my stay. You won’t go wrong renting from this host.

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

Our host Ian is excellent and communicated perfectly. The rental is an awesome space to enjoy and is walkable to local shops and restaurants as well a very very short trip to downtown Royal Oak. Excellent area. We were able to enjoy the roof deck hot tub which was an excellent bonus during our stay. I definitely recommend if this space fits what you’re looking for. Again, excellent hosts. We will consider coming back.
