A perfect weekend in Soulac to celebrate my 50th birthday with family! A very nice house, large, bright, very well equipped and decorated! A very pleasant garden and terrace with different areas for different times of the day! Tiphaine and her husband were very welcoming and flexible on arrival and departure times We are lucky to have fabulous weather that allowed us to enjoy the heated pool! In short, a great weekend! Small quiet and peaceful village, perfect for relaxing and resting. Nice house with all amenities surrounded by a beautiful garden. We were also able to enjoy a very nice indoor pool. Recommended for people who love nature.

Hello, this is the second time I have spent time in this villa under the pine trees of Charente-Maritime. A timeless place, with the beach nearby, a place where it is good to put down your suitcases, to be consumed without moderation. The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Quiet stay in the countryside with background music, river singing. Great for stays in a large tribe. The house is spacious, very well equipped, moreover with taste. Nothing is missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe walk to discover the environment for all ages.

A beautiful moment of relaxation after a long motorcycle ride. Swimming pool, fountain, lights, pleasant and well-arranged natural space. a much appreciated breakfast to start the day. i recommend it.

A little paradise As indicated on the house Great

We spent a week with Thierry in May. Thierry responded very kindly and uncomplicated to the fact that our arrival was delayed more and more. He welcomed us very nicely and gave us many tips. You can see from the house that Thierry is a flea market fan, we thought that gives the house character, it is really unique. It is quiet, with a lot of nature around, the frogs croak their concert, and the nightingales sing at night. The large, slightly overgrown garden (we like it) was fenced in so that our dog could go in and out of the house as he pleased. The area is pleasantly less crowded with tourists, but there were still opportunities to do something. Small tip: do not stay in the caravan if you are taller than about 180 cm (we are a little shorter, so it worked out well). Many thanks to Thierry, we hope to come back!

We were attending Soulac 1900 festival and this place is on the street to the railway station and closer to the town. New Lidl store just beyond the railway station. Off road parking was a choice factor. Would've liked to have been advised earlier in booking that bed linen and towels are not provided. We could have brought them with us and avoided an unnecessary additional expense. Other than that we had a good time and Soulac 1900 festival is well worth experiencing from this house.

Beautiful address at the port of Meschers in a quiet environment, even if the restaurants and the port are a few steps from the rental. The house is even better in real life than in the photos! Very spacious, well-equipped, everything is there for a good time spent with family!

Sandra is very welcoming and responsive. She responds quickly to requests. The accommodation is nice and spacious. Beautiful living room in a cozy atmosphere. There were 2 of us with a baby. The size of the accommodation was perfect with a nice outdoor terrace. We had a great time in Avignon. The beach is 15/20 minutes walking. The icing on the cake is that Sandra has a beauty salon right next door. My wife took the opportunity to have a one-hour massage and she loved it. We will come back without hesitation.

On a business trip, we enjoyed the calm and comfort after the days at the embroidery show. Melanie was very available both when we arrived and when we left. We will be delighted to book during our next visit 🌸🌿

The ideal house to spend your holidays, whether with friends or family! The accommodation is very well thought out, nothing is missing. The mezzanine is a magical place for children, but also for adults! Yes, there is the superb location but also the accessibility of the place and the flexibility of our host.
