Family-friendly holiday rentals in Le Syndicat

Gerard's accommodation is really nicely secluded in the middle of nature. The house is very clean and really well equipped with everything you need - all kitchen utensils and kitchen appliances, dishwashing detergent, spices, etc. Wood for the hot tub and gas for the grill was provided. The house is spread over three levels and the 5 bedrooms are on the second and third floors. Gerard lives next door, but you still have your privacy and help when you need it. We felt very comfortable as 12 (5 adults and 7 children) and also had enough space - thank you!

We had a very nice, and above all relaxing, stay The accommodation offered a breathtaking view and the location is extremely quiet - perfect for switching off. There are also some very nice hiking trails nearby, which was ideal for us. Leopold was also very accommodating and helpful. In addition, he had sweetened our stay with really nice little gestures. I can highly recommend this place 😊

We were 6 people in this beautiful accommodation that has all the assets to spend a pleasant trip as we did! Located next to Lake Gerardmer, very clean, the description fits perfectly and in addition the owners are friendly. We recommend 100%.

I had a wonderful stay in this accommodation in the heart of the Vosges! The setting is beautiful, the accommodation is as described, very clean, well-equipped. Special mention for the warm welcome of the hotel. I particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi and the view, as well as the many hikes nearby. a real corner of paradise, I will come back without hesitation!

We had some wonderful serene and sunny days in Pierre and Katia's mountain cabin. Incredible flexible and friendly hosts and we felt right at home from the first second. Beautiful location and spacious cabin. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trail, the outdoor bath and daily cuddles with Snow (the dog) whom our own dog also found a friend in. Al fresco dining everyday. We had daily excursions to nearby Alsace attractions with advice from Pierre and the children are still talking about the welcome bowl with candy (and Snow of course! ;) Cabin is warmly recommended

We had a lovely stay at Alain & Jeannine's. The place is quiet and relaxing. The cottage is well located, and clean. The use of the hot tub, as well as the sauna is really a plus to the space. Thank you for hosting us 😊

Great cottage with a great view! Comfortable bedding, great amenities (jacuzzi, raclette machines, coffee bean machine, etc.) Only minor drawback (not much) the wood of the sauna still releases sap which can stain towels or clothes. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!

superb pretty little house, warm and welcoming... very very welcoming and friendly hostess... the 2 very small points but that takes nothing away from the rest, it's the staircase a little steep and it was missing (maybe) a microwave... the only real shame of this weekend with the family, was the bad weather that made us not able to enjoy the outside which was however welcoming nor the animals... One last thing, the breakfasts were... No I'll leave you the surprise because Myriam and her sweetheart are cordons bleus...

Very good communication with Danielle and her husband. The studio is very well equipped, perfectly matches the description. Great value for money, I would highly recommend it.

Had a very nice time in the cottage. Very quiet location and within walking distance to the bakery and the shop. We brought our dog. He was immediately welcomed! We could use the quiet terrace, but also the garden. Nice walks in the region and in the Vosges in general. A very quiet area to relax! The property is as described. Very cozy and practically furnished. Everything is present!

We spent tranquil days in Sylvie's charming house. A place of silence with a charming ambience and a lot of attention to detail. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable. If you are looking for a place to slow down, you have come to the right place. The surroundings are a landscape of rolling hills and villages that preserve their origins. We'll be happy to come back.

The stay with Thierry was short but nice:) The truly comprehensively equipped kitchen is worth highlighting. Everything you need for cooking was there. Everything was tidy and well stowed, but still easy to find. The instructions for check-in and the house rules were also clear and easy to find. The area is very quiet and you can directly access beautiful hiking trails. The stream behind the house offers a beautiful sound backdrop and you can always see the greenery from the windows. We were confused upon arrival that the accommodation is an extension to another building and not a stand-alone hut as we expected. We did not read this from the description before. We would also have liked individual duvets with covers. However, the pillows were very comfortable and we slept well overall. Communication with Thierry was very friendly, fast and reliable:) a dear host who is always there! Thank you!

It was all great. The place was as described, clean and had everything you could need. In the garden you can enjoy the full lunch and evening of the sun. Great was also the proximity to restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, delicatessen, etc. Everything was within walking distance. Yannick is a super friendly and open-minded host who responds quickly to messages and inquiries.

Had a nice stay, responded quickly to questions and very comfortable house with good shower and beds! After 4 days, the gas ran out, this was resolved very quickly. Relax by the pool. Kitchen utensils could be of better quality (knives and frying pan), otherwise absolutely everything is present. I went there with a friend for a cycling holiday, this was really perfect for that! Would definitely recommend it!

Tastefully renovated farm, a rustic and green setting, we had a great weekend with our friends. The 2 small children enjoyed the swings and the slide, the dogs were able to play in the garden (there were barriers available to block direct access to the road, but beware, the garden is not fenced at the back). Access to this garden area is from outside the house, but we have passed a lot of things through the kitchen window, which is very convenient! The village is quiet, beautiful walks nearby. We had access to the family pool at Marie's house, 5-10 min walk. We found everything we needed in the house, which was clean and tidy when we arrived. Thank you for hosting us!

nice accommodation, small shower, beautiful location, unfortunately there were many wasps by the pool, so swimming could not be completely relaxing, but glad that the pool was present. Because Frédéric was not present the whole time, I had to communicate with his dear wife but she spoke little English and I did not speak French so that was a bit difficult and unfortunate as she is a very nice Host. In short, a good stay in a beautiful environment!

Quiet and peaceful environment, we had a lovely time with friends. Thank you very much to Magali for her responsiveness in case of need and her clear instructions when we arrived and of course the very beautiful accommodation offered!

We spent a wonderful few days in Russel’s tastefully renovated barn. The house is very cosy, we felt at home right away. There are two bedrooms with double beds, each with a bathroom, and a convertible bed in the living room for kids. Kitchen is well stocked and we even received a nice bottle of wine and milk from the host. It was pretty warm during our stay so the kids even enjoyed the pool! It’s a perfect place to rest before and after exploring the area, without being in the midst of the hustle and bustle of other more touristy villages, yet being close to everything.

We came for a wedding at my farm in Argentin. We took the opportunity to visit the region. The accommodation is clean. There is a beautiful, very practical kitchen. The volume of the living room is very pleasant. the big positive point is the exterior with a swimming pool and the Liepvrette that passes below. We took advantage of the local shops: pharmacy, carrefour and hairdresser (les ciseaux d'argent). The proximity is perfect for visiting the Upper Koenigsburg and the villages of the wine route. Jérôme and Daniel were very nice and available to make our stay in their area go as smoothly as possible. Thank you again!

The place was great! The kitchen is quite new and optimally equipped for the number of people (even 2 ovens). The bedrooms are nothing special, but you don't usually spend much time there anyway. An earlier check-in would have been good for us. You already pay for the day, but the accommodation is only available from late afternoon (this was already known at the time of booking. You just have to decide if that's okay for you). The communication with the host (who lives next door) was very straightforward and fast! He even helped us with baking paper and got us a parasol on request - thank you again for that! :) In front of the house were 2 mountains with stones or earth, probably from the pool construction, we did not find this disturbing. The pool is now finished (nicer than in the pictures). The host said that further renovations/additions are planned (e.g. outdoor shower and much more) We would definitely come again! :)
