OMG! What an extraordinary stay at the Luciole. The villa is in a great location and the views are magnificent. In the south of the island, on the side of the Caribbean Sea, its location is perfect for those who want to visit the beaches…. I would recommend it without hesitating! Safe travels.

It is advisable to ask the host for a location pin, as reaching the place using navigation can be complicated. The property has all the necessary amenities, including a covered terrace and a jacuzzi. The only drawback is the lack of window screens, which would help reduce the number of mosquitoes inside the house.

We had a pleasant stay in the house. It's perfectly located for visiting the north. It is tastefully decorated and very pleasant to live in. Hosts are responsive and welcoming. We recommend this listing 100%

Very pleasant stay, I would recommend it.

We spent a little less than two weeks with the family at Laetitia's beautiful house. We were 3 couples and 1 toddler, and the configuration of the house was perfect with its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house is very nice, well-equipped, with nice outdoor amenities. Special mention for the swimming pool (which must have been at 30 degrees!) and the hot tub, very pleasant in the evening when returning from a walk. The air conditioning in all the rooms was welcome given the hot weather we had during the stay. Finally, the communication was very fluid both with the concierge company (thanks to Amelie for her information throughout the stay) and with the owner Laetitia who was very accommodating on the day of departure. In short, we recommend 200% of this very pretty house for a successful stay in Martinique:)

Very beautiful villa located in the middle of nature in a quiet and peaceful area. The view to the lush forest is stunning. The exterior as well as the interior are thoughtfully arranged. Everything is functional, complete and impeccably clean. The pool and hot tub allow for absolute relaxation. The location is well located making it easy to visit the island by car. We loved the location and the house! We celebrated my mom’s 70th birthday and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable for 7 of us. The space was well appointed and easy to get to almost anything. We would highly recommend!

Vincent and France are available and very nice hosts. The views are breathtaking. If we return to Martinique, we will definitely return to Vincent and France's.

Zen paradise. A wonderful stay, beyond expectations. The house is spacious, conducive to a real local life, to cook with family or friends, to share beautiful moments or to live a zen vacation. The beds are comfortable, the bedrooms are quiet. And what could be better than falling asleep to the sound of the waves? Washing and drying machines are definitely a great plus. And what about the garden without transition on the beach?! Simply happiness, whether for a dreamy breakfast, a grill lunch (yes, there is a functional barbecue), read under the coconut trees or a midnight bath in the hot tub. The kindness of the host, Jean-Marc, adds to the magic of the place. And we understand that he has thought of everything and planned for an exceptional stay for guests. It is also a rich source of ideas and recommendations for a unique vacation. Jean-Marc responds very quickly and efficiently to all your needs and requests, whether it's the house or not. We'll be back!

We couldn't have asked for better for our stay. Nathalie, James and their 2 daughters are absolutely amazing in every way. We were received and treated as if we were part of their family, they were thoughtful throughout our stay. In addition, the place is magnificent, we have seen the sea and nature at a loss of sight, as well as the fruit trees in the garden, which Nathalie and James take pleasure in making us taste. If you are looking for a stay close to nature, quiet, and you like to share moments with your hosts go for it!!! James and Nathalie also make homemade coconut oil, as well as decorations by hand on coconut, beautiful, do not hesitate to ask them to see their creation if you want to bring back local memories, handmade and with love. We were looking for a paradise on earth for our stay in Martinique, we found it! 2 weeks in an ideal setting to recharge your batteries with a warm welcome... the on-site team is welcoming, efficient is extremely kind! The setting is idyllic and quiet! The local homemade breakfasts are excellent! The view of the diamond is magnificent! And your personal jacuzzi awaits you with open arms whenever you want!! What more could you ask for: nothing!! We'll be back for sure!
