Safe and quiet community. This location is within 5 to 7 minute walk of Metro lines 7 and 5. There are multiple organic health food stores with a 2-5min walk as well as a Franprix grocery store. Very good boulangeries and restaurants in the area as well. In the apartment, the bed is in a separate bedroom with a door and it is extremely comfortable. The linen was very soft, clean and comfortable. There are plenty of towels and hot water. The bathroom is small, but it has everything you need. The living room is comfortable and cute. Induction Stove top in the kitchenette is easy to use. There is a nespresso machine, tea kettle, and toaster, as well as most kitchen appliances and utensils. The refrigerator is small, but great for short stays. There is a washing machine (in the kitchenette area) and a drying rack, iron and ironing board. Smoking is allowed outside. There is a small enclosed patio off of the bedroom door as well as the living room door and there are ashtrays for smoking

accommodation close to a Metro station, quiet neighborhood overall, old building, but the apartment, although the decoration is spartan, is very clean, the essentials are there, the wifi is very very slow, however, the lady was kind, helpful, but not very familiar with messaging apps, remember to call her directly, pleasant experience overall

Fabulous little apartment in the heart of Montmartre. We had a lovely stay, exploring Paris. It was also quite special for us that this was somebody’s home as opposed to a cookie cutter IKEA decorated soulless apartment like so many other Air bnb are these days. We had a lovely meal at the cous cous restaurant opposite and I was particularly excited to have a gluten free croissant from the gluten free bakery a few minutes walk away. We would definitely return.

This place is unbelievable. If you want Paris views, this is the place to be. You can see the Eiffel, Arc and Montmartre from the flat! How can you beat waking up, opening your eyes and seeing the Eiffel tower! You’re equidistant, in terms of walking between the Tower and the Arc, so that was super convenient. The host was super responsive and accommodating, and really went out of their way to help. Really great experience!

Vincent was the ultimate host! Amazing, helpful communication and was available to answer any questions we had during our stay. He was so accommodating with check in and check out times as well. Vincent provided some local suggestions for food and drink which were all excellent. The apartment is nicely styled and appointed with quality ammenities. One of the best air bnb experiences we have had anywhere in the world. Highly recommend!

The house is very welcoming and equipped with everything you need. There were four of us and we slept comfortably: two in the bedroom and two on the sofa bed in the living room. The house is easy to get to, in a well-serviced area at all hours. It should be noted that it is on the fourth floor and does not have an elevator so there are many stairs to do: we have arranged to not go out and return too many times in a day. It was a very pleasant stay, we really felt at home and if we return to Paris we will definitely contact Emilie.

Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus among colleagues. Housing located in a basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

Great stay at Eric's. The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. Our stay for the weekend was great. This is a lovely place! Very big, very clean and fully accomodated. The host is very friemdly and very helpful. Parking in the neighbourhood is free, however crowded and streets are small. We fully recommend this house!

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Margot's place is clean, welcoming and we really enjoyed the decor. The location is ideal, as close to several amenities. The other was very responsive and the instructions for getting there were quite accurate. We also appreciated that check-in was flexible. The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

It is a nice apartment in an area next to the river so we had a nice evening walk. There is a large supermarket nearby and it is easy to get into Paris as the RER stop is minutes away by foot. We managed to park outside, as there was a parking space but we got confused looking for a permit when in fact it was a pink fob you needed to open the barrier which had been left in a candle. There were a few things I had to inform the host about who was quick to respond. Hopefully he will get those sorted - hairdryer didn’t work properly and the iron was all burnt on the bottom. Bed was comfy and water left for us which was good. There is no air con so we had a floor fan on to cool down as it was very hot. Overall a good stay.

By far one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Paris. Albeit just outside city limits, you’re minutes from the metro and the garden view outside the living room and kitchen windows are something I’ll cherish for years to come. Xavier set up the place beautifully, was accommodating and very sweet. Highly highly recommend
