Apartment holiday rentals in Le Pré-Saint-Gervais

Very pleased with the accommodation. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well maintained. It had all the facilities that we needed for a short vacation. It was close to the metro station which was just what we required. Communication from the owners was excellent.

There were 4 of us in the accommodation (2 adults and 2 children). It was a great apartment, as shown in the photos. Everything was clean and the equipment was also very good. There were already drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table to welcome us. Elena was always there for questions and responded quickly. I would stay in the apartment again and again, as the quiet location, the connection to the metro (line 12) and to the supermarket (Carrefour) is optimal. Thank you for everything.

The apartment is located in a multicultural area, with international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Vicent is extremely friendly and was waiting for us to welcome us and help us with our luggage. I must also mention that the apartment is fully furnished. Thank you Vicent for your hospitality

We stayed at Antoine’s home for a week and absolutely loved it. The home is cosy with beautiful wooden beams and a lovely open space. The place is well equipped and you are surrounded by beautiful, quiet court yards filled with greenery. It is very much like staying in a rural area with the city of Paris on your doorstep. The best of both worlds. Antoine’s Neighbour are very friendly and Antoine was very helpful providing clear instruction of how to enter the property. Just outside is the local metro station and everything you may need, plus many restaurants, cafes and boulangeries! Such a gem of a home! We will definitely be staying again!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Super clean, Mathieu was super responsive and friendly, and it was a great spot for being very near Paris but not quite in paris, so much quieter.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Laurent was a great host, and the apartment was cute, compact, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The view out the window was excellent for the price! Entering the unit felt very secure and safe.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Roland’s hospitality was greatly appreciated. The suite was beautifully decorated and located in the heart of Montmartre. We appreciated the patio space and having a comfortable place to relax after a full day of exploring the city.
